I first came into the store and started using the self serve kiosk to make sure I had an accurate order. We wanted to make sure our coupon from the app would work, so we applied that first. While using the kiosk I case to find customization options that I generally get were unavailable. (Adding Mac sauce to a cheese burger, ordering fries well done) also while there are several signs saying dollar any size soda, on the kiosk it is $1.39. We speak with a crew member and they inform us to get the $1 soda we need to order at the register. So we cancel the order and step to a register. Right off the bat, the cashier didnât speak louder than a whisper. Throughout the transaction, we asked her to repeat things 2 or 3 times because she was so quiet. She did not seem to have a decent understanding of the register and had difficulty taking our order. She did not repeat our order back to us until I asked for it. She had missed extra onions on burgers as well as my fries being well done with extra salt. When we went to use the coupon that we were going to use at the kiosk it wouldnât work at the register. The employee got a manager and they solved that issue quickly and easily. I paid for my order, it was ready within 10 seconds. On the drive home, we start to eat our food..... our fries are barely warm and have almost no salt on them at all. My girlfriends burger was so dry, the bun was stuck to the patty, there was a tiny dab of ketchup about the size of a dime. So I attempt to call the store to see what we can do about a refund because Iâm already home and donât want to drive back out. The first call I made rang for over two minutes, I hung up and called again thinking maybe my phone was having an issue. It rang for 2 minutes again but someone answered. I asked about getting a refund, the line went dead and starting beeping..... I called back. When someone answered at two minutes again I verified I was speaking to the manager (didnât get a name) explained to her how I was just hung up on and that I am trying to get a refund, again line goes dead and starts beeping..... My girlfriend attempted to call 3 times which all rang for 3 minutes...
Read moreI went to this McDonald's and purchased a Quarter pounder with cheese meal fro. The drive thru. I believe I waited over 10 minutes before I was given my meal.
Once I received my meal I reach in and remove the quarter pounder and open the box to find my sandwich made very poorly almost half of it was outside the bun and the cheese was stuck to the inside of the box.
I parked my car and brought the meal back into the store and explained/showed cashier the problem. She took the bag and went around counter outside of my review for about 5 minutes and returned with my same bag and handed it to me and apologize I thanked her and went back to me car.
Once in my car i opened my bag and found that the quarter pounder sandwich was placed on top of the cold fries. I opened the quarter pounderbox to find that the original sandwich had merely been taken apart and placed on another bun. (The Old cheese could be seen along with now the cold and dry meat from the original burger).
I went back into the restaurant and gave the bagel back to the cashier and explained that the Sandwich that was just given to me was the same one that I had in the beginning it was just taken apart and the meat and part of the cheese was placed on a new bun.
The sandwich and fries were remade and was given to me. It should be noted that it took me over 30 minutes to get a meal that should have only taken 5 minutes. The service was terrible, customer service hospitality of the team was terrible, the preparation of the food was terrible. None of this is a reflection of people itself it is a direct reflection of management and the poor training I need it follow up to assure that cost them are such as myself are being accommodated to the degree that McDonald's standards required.
I was a long standing customer with the McDonald's franchise and have spent thousands of dollars feeding myself while growing up, and then taking my children and their children to eat at Your restaurants. But today I don't intend on going back to another McDonald's I see that they are losing the ability to meet not only their customers expectations but...
Read moreThe manager at this location ruined it for me. I never experienced this awful behavior at this location before until today. I ordered the simple soft served ice cream but asked if I can get it in a cup instead of a cone. That should be 1.99$. The cashier was new but accommodated by asking another employee for help. They helped him add the cup instead of a cone for me. Then the cashier went to the manager after I finished paying that I needed the ice cream in a cup and not a cone. The manager said to the new cashier "No, she wanted a sundae." No, I didn't want a sundae! A sundae is in a cup, yes, but it also has mocha or caramel icing toppings and I didn't want that! I just wanted nothing but the ice cream in a cup! She talked about how wrong I was to the other employees, saying how I should be paying extra to have ice cream in a cup. Why? It's just a cup! I was pissed off because she decided to continue talking about how wrong I am to the others and lectured them about me. How I should be paying more for something I didn't want. So while she was telling others how wrong I am, I took out my card since she kept talking about how I should be paying more. The new cashier said it was fine, that she was already making it for me. And then she walked over to me with an ice cream cone shoved into a cup. That infuriated me after she talked about me to the others. I didn't want the cone, I just wanted the ice cream in a cup, with no mocha icing or anything extra that comes with a sundae. The cashier apologized to me, saying "I didn't know you wanted the sundae", but I said "I didn't want a sundae, isn't sundaes different?" And he agreed. So while I left, I said "I didn't want a sundae!". I can't believe the MANAGER was the one who treated me like...
