Piezoni's Pizza — Restaurant in Warren

I've been a loyal customer for quite a while, but I had an absolutely terrible experience this evening. I placed an online order for 6pm delivery. The delivery was on time, but I was given someone else's order. I called the store as soon as I realized I had the wrong order (maybe 3 or so minutes after the driver left), and they said the driver was going to come back to correct the mistake. It took the driver a FULL 30 MINUTES to get back to my house. He arrived with no food at that time. He picked up the order that he incorrectly gave me in order to bring it to the other house, which was only a couple of streets away. It took him a FULL 15 MINUTES to come back with my food, which was now cold. I called the store to request a refund, and was met with resistance, despite my years of patronage. I was offered a measly $20 credit toward a future purchase. That simply wasn't good enough. The manager was incredibly inflexible and said that the owner has not authorized him to solve problems like this one. I'm incredibly dissatisfied that I paid $47 for a COLD meal that arrived a FULL 45...

We have been regular customers of this store for years. Our favorite is the Mixed Greens Pizza. Last night we ordered that and cheezy breadsticks, arrived at the time quoted for pickup and waited an additional 40 minutes for the order. Once home with our food we saw that our Mixed greens pizza had less than half of everything that is usually on it. So instead of chicken all over the pizza there was a small handful just on one part of the pizza. One slice actually only had the greens and a few pieces of tomato. I understand they were very short staffed which was evident by the additional wait time but to let that pizza go out the door like that is not acceptable. The breadsticks were fine no complaints there. I really feel bad making a complaint because we usually have no issues but this was just not a good experience. UPDATE: I changed my review to 5 stars which is what we are used to from this restaurant. I spoke to the manager and she made things right for the bad experience and was so understanding. We are happy to be regulars again. Try the mixed...

If zero stars were an option I would pick it. I ordered pizza online at 7 PM I was told once I placed my order that delivery would take up to 60 minutes. As the hours started going by I realized I was not getting my pizza (I stayed up till almost midnight waiting for it, obviously hungry). I wouldn't mind this however I had already paid for it and tipped the driver on my credit card. I am extremely disappointed in this delivery service and in this establishment, I have lived in Warren almost 4 years now and I have never had such a horrific experience ordering food. I would like to add that my pizza did not come until noon the next day. This is just ridiculous once again I would give zero stars if I could, or maybe even negative stars. If you order delivery from this location I would recommend paying in cash so that there is some incentive and motivation for the driver to get out to you. Clearly since they already had my money they didn't care to work for it. I am still waiting for my refund, i will not order food...
