Fantastic experience. I was panicked after getting a Windows user profile error. I called Crazy Computers after seeing their sign in the neighboring town. The technician answered the phone and immediately gave me assurance that it sounded like a problem he could handle. I delivered the machine and he was working on it within 24 hours. It was quite an involved procedure---replacing drives and moving data---but the technician called me every day with an update and assurances. I picked it up 3 days after dropping off. All my files were saved with folder structures in place, and my computer is running now better and faster than when it was new. I've installed backup software per his recommendation and am thrilled with that, too. The folks there are extremely knowledgeable and courteous. A few months ago around September - October, I decided to build my own PC and it was perfect. Everything was fine for a few days until it died on me 2x then wouldn’t turn on. I waited a few months to fix it cause it wasn’t a priority and when I finally decided to I went to Best Buy and they told it would cost 200 just to take and see. Not including labor, parts, just for a diagnosis. I put off fixing it again and when I decided to I found CRAZY COMPUTERS. For 45 dollars and a day and a half later he told me the issue, advised I take advantage of the warranty and gave me advice. I brought my iPad in to check why the charging cable I was using wasn’t charging. The cable would continually fall out. The person who helped me took a look at the cable and the outlet on the iPad, brought it in back to exam it under the microscope and returned showing me a piece of the cable which had broken off and was stuck in the outlet.
