Someone needs to do something about the so-called manager here. I went through the drive thru and first they didnt have biscuits or English muffins at breakfast time, so they were giving out croissant bread only fornthe 2 for $3 deal. Then, they messed up my order. Giving me all sausage sandwiches instead of egg and cheese. When I came back to get it replaced, she accused me of trying to scam them. Asking me if I already did this before with the same amount of food, like them getting my order wrong for people who religiously don't eat pork was my fault. She then refused to let me talk to anyone above her while she laughed and when I wanted my money back, she threw it at me out the window and laughed with all the staff when I had to pick it up. This isn't the first time I had my order wrong at this location and the short, light-skinned woman that claimed to be a manager, refused to give me her name or let me talk to anyone above her. When I called in to complain, she answered and the rest of the employees on staff laughed when I asked for a superior and she told me to call corporate knowing they were closed and don't handle customer relations for franchised restaurants. Do not go here if you want your food to be made properly. The "manager" who wasn't even wearing a uniform or name tag and never even checked the bag before it came out the window, gave me the worst attitude. At 1:00 pm on a Sunday this Wendy's is out of receipt paper in the drive-thru and the workers shorted me by 2 cents on the change. I'm wondering if they're actually out of receipt paper or they just decide they don't give out receipts. It was a good thing I looked at that screen so I knew how much I was charged before I got up to that window. It appeared the worker was not planning to give me the correct change until I said where's my pennies, I know you are out of receipts but are you out of pennies too? The worker then proceeded to give me my change After he had to notify someone to come open his drawer. What was bizarre was they asked me to back myself away from the window so that they could get the drawer open. I have no idea why. The chili is full of beans and less on beef. Good thing I bought an extra jr beef patty to make sure I had beef in my chili. I've started doing this at Wendy's because somehow the ratio of beans in Wendy's chili has taken a drastic uptick.
