Wendy's — Restaurant in Warren

Someone needs to do something about the so-called manager here. I went through the drive thru and first they didnt have biscuits or English muffins at breakfast time, so they were giving out croissant bread only fornthe 2 for $3 deal. Then, they messed up my order. Giving me all sausage sandwiches instead of egg and cheese. When I came back to get it replaced, she accused me of trying to scam them. Asking me if I already did this before with the same amount of food, like them getting my order wrong for people who religiously don't eat pork was my fault. She then refused to let me talk to anyone above her while she laughed and when I wanted my money back, she threw it at me out the window and laughed with all the staff when I had to pick it up. This isn't the first time I had my order wrong at this location and the short, light-skinned woman that claimed to be a manager, refused to give me her name or let me talk to anyone above her. When I called in to complain, she answered and the rest of the employees on staff laughed when I asked for a superior and she told me to call corporate knowing they were closed and don't handle customer relations for franchised restaurants. Do not go here if you want your food to be made properly. The "manager" who wasn't even wearing a uniform or name tag and never even checked the bag before it came out the window, gave me the worst attitude. I ordered a number to the lady consisted kept on asking me that I want small medium large I told her whatever size that one for 769 that's the size I want she asked again you want small medium or large I said do the medium cost more yes she replied how to do the large cost more she replied yes I said what was the price of the one for 769 it's the one I want that would be small correct she said yes so I asked her how many times do I have to tell you whatever the price he is that's the one I want. She looked at me I got my order she gave me the small cup I went over to the machine no ice I asked her for about 3 to 4 minutes somebody need to come out here and put some ice on it or may I have some it took the manager to come over there then I order to 50 Cent Frosty's now this time I have three cups correct I asked her for a couple holder or bag she replied the cup holders is behind you now mind you this order is to go she wants me to grab the three cups and walk over there grab cup holder and a cup holder is right in her arm reach I replied all this for because I asked for ice they have some issues up there and they need to realize that I'm money payday check but somewhere along the line...

At 1:00 pm on a Sunday this Wendy's is out of receipt paper in the drive-thru and the workers shorted me by 2 cents on the change. I'm wondering if they're actually out of receipt paper or they just decide they don't give out receipts. It was a good thing I looked at that screen so I knew how much I was charged before I got up to that window. It appeared the worker was not planning to give me the correct change until I said where's my pennies, I know you are out of receipts but are you out of pennies too? The worker then proceeded to give me my change After he had to notify someone to come open his drawer. What was bizarre was they asked me to back myself away from the window so that they could get the drawer open. I have no idea why. The chili is full of beans and less on beef. Good thing I bought an extra jr beef patty to make sure I had beef in my chili. I've started doing this at Wendy's because somehow the ratio of beans in Wendy's chili has taken a drastic uptick. The food has become inconsistent from the standpoint of on any day that you go to Wendy's you could either get a bowl of beans or a bowl that includes beans and a reasonable...
