Three nights ago, we ordered pizza and my husband always loves their jalapeno and bacon stuffed cheesy bread. I remembered from the last time we ordered pizza and cheesy bread we had a credit on our account for stuffed cheesy bread. So my husband called up there and spoke to one of the guys up there who answers the phone. We told him that we should have a credit on our account for jalapeno & bacon cheese bread because the last time we ordered on December 22nd, 2021. Back on December 22, as soon as we got home and started digging into our food we noticed an issue. My husband called Domino's at 8:13PM and he noticed that the cheesy bread that he got wasn't the jalapeno & bacon that he ordered, which is his favorite. We called and spoke to Josh or Joshua, he told us that either we could come back in and they would remake our food. We live about 15 minutes away and it was already after 8pm, so it wasn't really feasible since it was getting so late at night. So he offered us a credit for the next time we come in. He said it would be under our phone number and he read it off. He said to just call and order the cheesy bread and they will see the credit. So on January 20th after ordering pizza online we called to order the bacon & jalapeno cheesy bread and now they are saying that there is nothing there and the guy answering the phone talked to "Josh" and he said he doesn't remember. How the heck would he remember when they didn't even ask questions about it. They didn't remotely care at all that night. Previous issues that we have had at Domino's has been resolved quickly and in a timely matter. So no more Domino's for us because obviously they don't stay true to their word and call their...
Read moreWe ordered a few things for our daughters little birthday party here. My husband ordered 2 - 8 piece hot buffalo wings for himself, but we received two of the wrong wings (plain) with our order. Realized once we got home. My husband attempted to dump his 2 cups of sauce on them, but that was not enough. Of course I wasn't exactly happy seeing him not want to finish them. Called the location (during the party) at 5pm on 12/20/24 to let them know, just to get a frustrated man on the phone asking if I was "just after free wings". Then him saying I would have to call back another day to speak with the manager. We order from y'all at least once a month, but usually every 2 weeks for the past 4 years or so. I have had several issues, but have only called and complained one other time. A year ago a delivery driver helped me and gave me a refund after being given the wrong food and only seeing once home. Why was a delivery driver able to help me, but now I'm having to speak to the manager? Great customer service... 🙂
Edit: Emailed the manager that replied to this review and got no response. Emailed more and still nothing. Did eventually get a call from a lady (whom said she contacted us due to the review, not the email...?) who said she was adding 2 free wings to my husbands account. That was nice but he's saying it isn't showing up. We're just gonna, for the meantime, continue eating Digiorno and store...
Read moreSorry this is long. I ordered carryout online in Warrensburg, MO. My family have been Domino's customers for as long as I can remember and the new building is nice. Here is the reason I am leaving this review and rating. I ordered online with my phone (like I always do). When I showed up, I walked into the lobby. I totally get it "NO ONE" wants to catch anything with this virus spreading around. To my surprise, a young man behind the counter "yelled" at me because I wasn't supposed to be in the store and it was posted online! Well for starters, I normally hit the "I have arrived" tracker button on my phone (maybe it was posted there?). This time, it didn't happen (I totally forgot). As I was walking out the door a young lady came out from the back room and pointed at the door and said it was posted! Ok, let's get this straight. Yes, there was actually a piece of paper on the door with very small fonts. To be honest it looked like an "add/menu". After the young lady brought out my pizzas, I asked her about the online notification. All she said was "it's on the door"! At this time I recommended that they lock the doors and make a "NO ENTRY" sign with "Larger Font" so other customers would know. I understand why no one is allowed in the store. Safety is a "PRIORITY " and I salute Domino's for their efforts. However, being yelled at and being talked down to is totally...
