McDonald's — Restaurant in Warrenville

I usually go through the drive thru every morning and get an oatmeal, a small coffee with 2 Splenda and 2 cream on the side and a sausage McMuffin with no egg. This particular morning I asked if I could have a fresh hash brown. When I got to my desk down the street, (a few minutes away) my hash brown was cold and soggy and she put the condiments in my coffee. I called back and told her she forgot my condiments because I didn't see them & my hash was cold and soggy. I was being polite because my daughter works in the restaurant business so I always make an effort to be understanding. Antonia got mad and said that she knew exactly who I was because I order the same thing every day. I asked her why did you put an old hash brown in the microwave to warm it when I wanted a fresh one? And why did you add my coffee condiments when I always request it on the side? She started yelling and being rude and wanted to argue with a nasty attitude. It's not about the money, what got me was her funky attitude. Finally I said don't worry about it. I won't be coming there anymore and I'll report it and write a review and hung up. She was still yelling when I hung up. Bad customer service. Never going...

it supposed no star, i cant give them even 1 star. it used to the crew is not good already, then i found out the manager is bad also, i dont know how they still can run the business, today i buy the sundae and mcfurry then i show the apps free for mcfurry. she told to scan the code then i did scan it, some how she didnt put my mcfurry in there, ok she ask for the manager come over, i told about the problem, and she said ' you have to do on same transition for get the free mcfurry.' i told her i did, but your stuff not put in, and she said ' oh i cant do anything right now.' what is her problem is they are do wrong, so she can just said i cant do nothing, yes. you really no need to do anything. this is not the answer and she not try to solve this problem. i so mad, i will not going to there anymore and i will tell anyone i know, please dont waste your time and money. i dont want you will have the same...

How hard is it to put a square fish and cheese on a round bun? No joke, because this McDonalds can't do it let alone get an order right. I've been going to McDonalds long before they put numbers to meals. A Big Mac, lg fries and a lg coke was less than $1.00 and I have never been to one that can't get the orders right. And they want $15.00 an hour. This McDonalds needs new management because the one they have not much not care that they have a staff that consistently get orders wrong. The quality of business at this McDonalds is horrible. Even teenagers back in the day got the orders right and the food preparation right. I'll to to the one South of Rt 88. They have never gotten my order wrong and "Two all-beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions...", are always between the sesame seed bun.
