Chk#16 Super Bowl 57 pickup extravaganza! Register area was packed of people either waiting to pick up their order. Phones were ringing off the hook. The two ladies at the front were fielding everything that came their way professionally, with precision and most importantly: they seemed to be keeping their cool under pressure. What impressed me the most, apart from their food(critique coming a bit later), was that with all this commotion in the front of the house, the back of the house seemed calm. As if they've been through a couple of these events already.

Our pizza: double dough "Fab 4". Crust was crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. The veggies tasted fresh. Sausage was generously added. Cheese was...cheesy. Sauce tasted homemade.

Our side order of boneless wings: 1Lb.; hot. Got enough wings to make it worth the price: meat to breading ratio. Heat was there and it let itself be known instantly. Here's were I feel as if it fell a bit short for MY taste: the wings were a bit on the salty side. Not in the way were one might say "I need a glass a water to wash the salt away" after one wing; no, not at all. Just a smidge on the salty side (tsp. worth on the salty side). On the other hand, wifey loved them, so..."happy wife, happy life".

Teamwork: 10/10! Pizza: 10/10! Wings: 9/10

Definitely will keep getting our pizza fill from this location and will highly recommend it! Keep up...

Update... I had previously raved about this place - because YES their food is amazing! However I was planning a family party for 20 people. Based on their website hours I believed they opened at NOON and was planning on ordering food and picking it up for a Sunday 1 p.m. party------ I called. I called. I called. No one was answering all the way up till 12:30 pm. I finally drove to their location. And there's a sign in the window that says they don't open till 4 p.m!!! Way past the time I was planning on feeding my guests. How unfortunate that no one on their staff had the initiative to update the hours online --------------------PREVIOUS POST: OMG! I am in heaven! Okay - so I'm a paisan. It is really really really hard for me to find pasta that tastes remotely acceptable. Today I found it! ordered the baked mostaccioli with mozzarella, meatballs, and garlic bread. Fabulous! I mean fabulous! Pasta was al dente, the sauce was the perfect combination of tartness and garlic. Loved the meatballs-- a little skimpy, for what is considered "an order". But overall fabulous. their customer service is atrocious, i had an employee scream at me and continuously talk over me because of THEIR mistake. they forgot to make my sandwich on garlic bread and they forgot to include the au jus sauce in my order and she started screaming at me about how i wasn’t getting a replacement and asked if i’ve ever worked in customer service, i told her i have which is why i know that’s NOT how you speak to a customer. she was extremely rude and the manager was not much better. she refused to let me speak to anybody else and told me her manager said they won’t do anything for me. she also refused to give me her name, though i know who she is (not that it’ll make a difference, they’re all the same there). this terrible girl gave me a panic attack considering she just kept screaming over me and making me...
