I never write a bad review unless the service is horrendous. We put our name in and the hostess never mentioned how long the wait was. No problem, I assumed it was a normal amount of time of 30 -45 minutes. Wrong. I check the app and it states 529 minutes. Translation: 8 hours. It’s 8:30 pm please explain to me how logical that even is to estimate that long, and then to not even say anything about the wait is even worse. On top of that, I go up to ask if we can possibly not have a high top because I had my 2 year old with me and obviously he can’t sit at the high top. The girl gives me an attitude and says I can’t guarantee that, I try to explain to her that my two year old would fall off the chair and then proceeds to give me more of an attitude and says I have 20 other people a head of you if a table comes available that you can’t have then you have to wait longer. I have no problem waiting, but the attitude and lack of communication is something that needs to be addressed. And I have worked in restaurants over 10 years, I am very patient, but I won’t give money to a place that won’t even listen to me when I’m trying to request something and responds with attitude. Next time someone comes in, maybe let them know it’s an 8 hour wait.

Edit: 2 years later... Amber and Lilly were our waitresses tonight. Absolutely amazing and beautiful. It is always nice to feel like you're taken care of when you go out to eat. I've always said that the three criteria to me are food, atmosphere, and service. Tonight the service was absolutely exceptional. We started off with finally getting to see Katie again, and Amber and Lilly took over when Katie left. Totally awesome evening and I'm glad we came in. We have made Twin Peaks a regular and routine destination for our evenings out. They have consistently provided exceptional service, great food, awesome alcohol, and an absolutely great time! After several years of coming here, I think that it is safe to say that this place deserves the five-star review. Really good food, great atmosphere, and waitresses that make you feel happy about being there.

I was hesitant of going to Twin Peaks. Since it was my first time and I had read the reviews, I decided to give it a chance because I wanted to go have some food and watch some sports. Overall, my trip at Twin Peaks was fantastic! I felt quite welcome. My server immediately greeted me with a pleasant smile, making me feel at ease. I had a wonderful experience! The vibe at Twin Peaks at this location was simply wonderful. Thank you to Andrea, my server! For everything, I will surely return to this location and ask for Andrea again. It's been a long time since I've gotten such excellent service from a restaurant franchise. I had a fantastic day with amazing service! Thank you for an enjoyable experience! Love from Canada

I was hesitant of going to Twin Peaks. Since it was my first time and I had read the reviews, I decided to give it a chance because I wanted to go have some food and watch some sports. Overall, my trip at Twin Peaks was fantastic! I felt quite welcome. My server immediately greeted me with a pleasant smile, making me feel at ease. I had a wonderful experience! The vibe at Twin Peaks at this location was simply wonderful. Thank you to Andrea, my server! For everything, I will surely return to this location and ask for Andrea again. Dont bother! Our recent dining experience at Twin Peaks in Warrenville was initiated with a warm welcome from our server, Sandra. She provided valuable recommendations and facilitated access to the menu via both a QR code and a physical copy. We opted for the sampler platter; the boneless chicken tenders and mozzarella tots were particularly enjoyable. While the sweet potato fries were satisfactory, they did not exceed our expectations. Despite the restaurant's low occupancy, there was a significant delay in the delivery of our margaritas. Furthermore, our server had to inform us, on multiple occasions, that the two premium tequilas we had requested were unavailable. The beverages, served 25 minutes after ordering, were delicious. The pot roast and lobster rolls were selected. Upon beginning to taste the pot roast, I discovered that the accompanying mashed potatoes and green beans contained PORK bacon. Neither the online nor the physical menu indicated the inclusion of PORK bacon in the beef pot roast, which was described as pot roast with mashed potatoes, brown gravy, and green beans. The server was informed of this discrepancy. Subsequently, Manager Christhian Rojas addressed the issue, initially inquiring about the menu used for reference. My husband then clarified that neither the online nor the physical menu mentioned pork bacon in the beef pot roast. Dissatisfied, we declined a replacement order of the pot roast. Consequently, my husband lost his appetite as well, and after two hours, the main course had not been served. The service was slow, and the customer service provided by Manager Christhian Rojas was unsatisfactory. Instead of offering an immediate apology and addressing the concern regarding the pork in the beef pot roast, the interaction with Manager Christhian Rojas felt confrontational due to their error. We will not be recommending this establishment, and we intend to share our disappointing experience...

So we been here 3 times and the last 2 times the food was amazing and the service was great. But today was a different story. I am very disappointed and will not be coming back. So my husband and I planned a date night. We came to twin peaks for dinner and one the service took forever, it was a little busy but not super busy. We ordered the apps and it was a okay, my husband said that the Buffalo tenders didn’t taste good and they felt a little slimy/chewy (maybe not cooked). So we order our food and it took a long but that was okay. I wanted a water our waitress was nowhere to be found. The food comes and my fish looks burnt, I took a bite and yes the skin was burnt the fish was dry and salty. She asked me if I wanted something else, I said yes can I have the salmon, so they took it back and are making the salmon for me. My husband finished his food at this point. My salmon comes out. Great I was happy, I took a bite and it was great and as soon as I get to the middle it’s uncooked! I was so upset. (Not only did I trust the chef that they will do it right, but I’m pregnant so I can’t eat uncooked food) I told our waitress, she showed it to them and they confirm that it was uncooked. I understand that things happen but 2 times to the same person!!! Yeah no thanks, we are not coming back. Yes I didn’t have to pay for my food but still a lot of money for paying for my husbands food, his beer, my soda and the app that we got, it was over $50. This was our favorite place, but...
