I was looking for Lemon Perfect water, as online the Warrenville Target Store said they had a few. I was not able to find it in the aisle that had water, or on an end cap, or in the coolers by the check out. I went out to the front and a manager Andrea T noticed I was looking for somethimg and asked if she could assist me. I asked her if she could help me locate the Lemon Perfect water bottles (even though there were only 9 or so) in the store. She immediately started looking it up, to confirm what was on hand in the store and where it was. She saw that they were in the back room, and let me know she would grab them and bring them back up to the front.
Another store associate let me know that after climbing on a ladder, in the back, Andrea did find them. A fresh un-opened pack! I purchased every last one. This was by no means a huge order, but Andrea could see it was important to me so she went above and beyond to find a few bottles of water for a regular customer.

If we wanted to walk out the store with the device we could have done so at any point, feigning ignorance and leaving the other as a simple exchange. During my visit, I was given incorrect information about the iPhone’s features and capabilities. Trusting the staff’s expertise, I went ahead with the purchase, only to discover later that the information provided was completely inaccurate.
To make matters worse, I encountered issues with unlocking the iPhone. When I reached out to Target for assistance, I was met with indifference and a lack of support. The staff seemed uninterested in helping resolve the problem, leaving me feeling completely abandoned and cheated.
As a loyal customer, I expected better service and accurate information from a reputed store like Target. This experience has left a sour taste, and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability and assistance provided. I hope Target improves its customer service and ensures that their staff is better informed to prevent such frustrating experiences for others...
