Not a good experience for my friends and I, We went to go see Primitive War at 7pm on a Sunday. We walked into the theater and THE MOVIE WAS already playing and it was 6:50pm. We had to talk to Management to restart the movie and they did it. I ended up going to another theater the next day to rewatch this movie and it was a better experience. I am not sure if I will return back to this theater. I use to go there when it was a CINEMARK. I never had issues with movies playing off...

I traveled from Oswego with excitement to see what had changed after the rebrand from Cinemark to Phoenix, but unfortunately there haven’t been any real improvements to the moviegoing experience. The theater feels unchanged, with only the concessions being different. It’s very reminiscent of when Regal switched to Cinemark more of a rebrand than an upgrade....

Beware, the movie started at the actual listed time! Nowhere did it state that would happen so we missed the first 20 minutes of the movie thinking this place would function like a normal movie theater. Also the rows are incorrectly shown...
