Sal's Pizza & Steaks — Restaurant in Warrington Township

Run to the health department after you eat here! I received my order over an hour late, opened it and found a dead roach in my salad . When I called to report this to Dals the guy who answered pretended not to speak English and play around for a good 5 minutes with me Until I mentioned that I was calling the health department. At that time he put a woman on the phone that said she was coming to my work to inspect the salad to issue refund. I waited an hour for her , she never showed. I called Sals back for them to tell me she wasn’t coming (no call no nothing ) and that they told Grubhub to give me a refund. I hung up with them called Grubhub where they told me no one called to issue me a refund. By far the worse establishment and unprofessional staff I have ever encountered. I have made a complaint to the health department regarding the roach infestation. Disgusting ..... place needs to be shut down! Run...

Do not give them your business!!! Whatever girl answers the phone is rude and hung up on me and my family when THEY messed up our order. She kept claiming that we did not order something when there were multiple people listening to the order and witnessed it. We called to let them know nicely and calm that they forgot two things and to re-deliver it, and then noticed they gave us the wrong sandwich. We offered to give back the sandwich they gave us to give us the one we ordered, and they called back to say “we can give you the sauce and it will be the same thing”. They cant even correct their own mistake. The girl was rude and would say “one second” and then hang up. We were nothing but polite and made sure to say “thank you so much”, then they hang up on us? No one should treat customers so ignorantly. !!!! Seriously food isn't even worth it, go somewhere else.!!!! Literally...

I'm surprised at some of the negative reviews regarding the staff at Sal's, so I thought it's only fair to share my personal experience. First off, Sal's is not our "local" restaurant. I've only recently discovered it as my daughters volunteer at the animal shelter nearby. Although we've only ordered from here maybe half a dozen times, I can't say we've ever had anything but good experiences. The food has always been good and the prices fair; but the one thing that we've literally commented on on multiple occasions has been the friendliness of the staff. There's been multiple times that we'll bring our order back stating "wow, for a young counter staff, those guys are really polite!".
