Unfortunately, I didn't have the best experience with their jewelry.. I bought 2 pieces both began to fall apart within less then a month. I came in with the 1st piece when I noticed the ring started to wobble in the middle. A gentleman dismissed me citing this was normal... This is not the quality I thought was ok... I was told me the manager couldn't do returns. The original sales woman who was very nice came back and did it. She was very sweet and asked about my other piece. So far so good. She told me it was Italian made and how it was wonderful etc... about a week later I felt a stabbing. I took the other ring off and noticed the so called quality ring was unraveling and splitting! I was shocked. At that point I took it off, wrapped it and went back. The original sales girl wanted nothing to do with me. As soon as the manager or the owner. Whoever was the owner looked right at me and said no problem. I apologize, greatly. I will probably never ever go back there. I originally went there to check out a necklace. That I wasn't sure what to do if I found In a box of things and I just wanted to make sure it wasn't anything important. The sales girl was extremely rude and dismissive. And told me that I should just donate it to some charity. Because it wouldn't be worth anything. Her attitude was rude and dismissive. Which was surprising considering that their jewelry was nothing spectacular in the end. Now I had actually gone back that second time. And they were nice and I had bought those 2 pieces of jewelry which I ended up returning as you can see in this review. I will definitely...

To Any Potential Clients, Gem Jewelers is in a league of their own! I had a very sentimental ring that was passed down to me by my father. It is a Star Sapphire, and as a young child, my Dad always would show it to me asking me if I saw "the Star"? I was about 5 years old when I finally realized it was only visible in a certain light, and when I did finally see and understand what I was looking for, I was truly amazed! Meanwhile, Dad raised me without a Mother, and lived till a few months ago, passing peacefully at 91. The ring was left to me however needed intricate work to go from a size 7 to a size 12. Steve at Gem Jewelers not only realized how important the ring is to me, But went out of his way to make it ABSOLUTLY PERFECT! He even called me after I picked it up to confirm just how happy and thankful I was for his caring and work.I would say to anyone seeking hands on care and precision you need not go any further than Gem Jewelers. Can’t say enough good things about Steve and the team at Jem. My fiancé and I ordered both of our wedding bands through Jem and not only did they turn out beautifully, but the experience was unmatched. I was in search of a new wedding band to coordinate back with my vintage engagement ring and Steve was extremely knowledgeable and most importantly, patient - not an ounce pushy! Early on, he even suggested wearing the original band with my engagement ring for a week to make sure I didn’t want to use that one instead of purchasing new. When I confirmed I wanted a new band, we spent time trying on different styles and after much indecision on my part, landed on a design idea and he worked on the CAD.
