The Lab — Local services in Warsaw

I went to At&t because I couldn't get my brand new phone to turn on. They instructed me that my phone was an older model and I should upgrade so I could be a person with the newest phone To the tune of over $1000.00. I use my phone for calling people, texting and maybe taking pictures, i don't need a new phone. blah blah blah..

So, I heard of this place in the Warsaw called, "THE LAB" which fixes phones, screens on electronic devices, so on. So, I stopped in and explained my problem. He took the phone apart and found that the phone had a tiny burn spot on it from a fuse or something that went bad. He kept working on it and soldered it, Guess what, IT WORKS and it didn't cost me $ 1000.00. And it was a fast fix...20 minutes So, If anyone had a cracked screen, or something wrong with their electronic device, Stop by "THE LAB" and watch them fix it for a reasonable price. My MacBook Air had a dent in the bottom of the silver bezel around the screen. It still worked perfectly fine, and besides that one dent it was in like-new condition. But every time I opened the lid, that dent drove me nuts. I purchased a new MacBook Air bezel for $20 on eBay and took the laptop and new bezel into the lab. I watched videos online of people replacing the bezel themselves and messing the screen up, so it wasn’t something I wanted to attempt on my own. I was nervous for it to be changed at all honestly, but I’ve heard great things about The Lab so I decided to give them a shot. I dropped it off at 12:30 pm and it was ready for pick up at 4:30pm the same day. You can’t tell it was changed out at all, it looks like it did straight from the factory, and the screen still works perfectly. They were super fast, did an amazing job, and it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. The gentleman that helped me out was super kind as well! I would recommend...

This place is INCREDIBLE!! I had a brand new 2020 Macbook Pro that I thought was done for. No places around me would work on such a new laptop, but The Lab happily helped me out! It’s like my laptop was never even damaged. I needed my laptop fixed ASAP and they were so quick!

The employees are super friendly and wear these cute lab coats. It feels like they understand how stressful having a broken piece of tech is; like having your dad fix a broken favorite toy and he tells you it’s okay to make mistakes.

Plus, Lyle’s voice sounds exactly like Norm Macdonald’s. My day is so much better when I can pretend Norm Macdonald is telling me about Apple’s new M1 chip.

PLEASE go to The Lab if you need anything fixed!!! I would trust them to hook up the electricity...
