My wife and I needed to get a suit for our son’s prom. We chose this place because of the great reviews. Well that was a mistake. I honestly don’t know how this place has such great reviews. They were rude and not personable at all! Our son was measured multiple times and when we got the suit the pants were way too big! I thought maybe the issue with being rude and felling like we were inconvenient for being there was a one off thing maybe it was just a bad day. Well today I take the tux back and it was the same thing. Didn’t care that the pants didn’t fit and felt rushed to just leave. For $300 dollars for a rental I expect for it to fit properly. The only positive experience out of this place was the dog that’s there! She’s cute and friendly! They should definitely take some tips from their dog on how to treat customers. Idk maybe it depends on who you are and who you know on how they treat you when you come in. I always try to give the benefit of doubt and give a place another chance. went to bring back tuxes from prom the owner is not friendly at all. we brought back the tuxes and folded everything no one told us to hang them up, so he told my friend to hang them up because the owner “didn’t want to hang tuxes up all day” (as if that’s not his job) and my friend asked him nicely if he could hang the other one up because we didn’t want to be there for along time to do that and he said no he has to do it and we weren’t sure how to do it correctly and he kept having us redo it and i did go off on him but as the owner you should have good customer service. rude!!! you shouldn’t have to have your customers teach you how to treat other people. if you can’t handle running a business don’t have one. we are high schoolers and shouldn’t have to deal with...

This place was rude and not personable at all! Our two sons came in here to get wedding suits and had to be measured multiple times. We live over an hour away and had to come back multiple times. They mixed our son’s suits up and never apologized for it. Not only did they not apologize but they acted like it was our fault. Our oldest son has been in over six weddings and has never had the problems he had at this place! I don’t like leaving bad reviews but the owner is not pleasant.
