Dunkin' — Restaurant in Warwick Township

Convenient location but service has really gone downhill. It’s been several times in recent months that I’ve placed a mobile order for drive-thru pick-up well before closing time and arrived to find the store closed. The last time this happened to me, someone actually answered at the speaker to tell me they were closed. I explained that I had already placed a mobile order so it was already paid for in the app and he simply said he couldn’t help me and that I should contact customer service through the app to get refunded. (This always takes a couple weeks to finally get a response and my money refunded, by the way.) I asked the guy at the speaker, “Why is your ‘Open’ light in the window still on? And why wouldn’t you turn off mobile ordering if you’re closing early?” No explanation was given. A huge waste of my time and money. Would give this Dunkin 10,000 stars if I could. Came here every Tuesday and Thursday with my friends (the days I had group therapy at Hope Springs nearby) during our break to get free waters and food, and as today was very unfortunately my last day there (since my mom refused to drive me anymore), a friend from group offered to buy me a donut. The sweet guy with glasses and a great smile who always asked us how many waters we wanted gave us 24 free donuts since it was my last day and we were all crying and hugging. 12/10 sweetest staff; it made us all smile and honestly made every single one of us feel great and we wouldn't stop talking about it. They are very unprofessional. I realize it's just a job, however when you have two girls there with very thick long hair and they're flipping it around everywhere with their hands while working with food and drinks it's disgusting. They should be required to put their hair up, because I do not want them flipping their hair over my coffee in the morning. This is what happens every time so I have stopped going there. If you don't want food with hair in it I suggest you go somewhere else.
