McDonald's — Restaurant in Warwick Township

hoped to make a quick in-and-out stop. ordered 1 food item and a soft drink. No employee in sight, did the kiosk, no issues there. so far, everyone I dealt with earned their pay. Food was delivered, but no cup or drink. Girl dropped the bag on the counter, shouted a number, and beat feet out of there. I checked the label to make sure I really ordered a drink (I did), but no cup. I debated on just going behind the counter and help myself to a cup but didn't. looking in the back, I see a manager in his "office" working on something, oblivious to customers in the restaurant, one young lady all the way in the back restocking supplies, and maybe someone else back there. I took the bag, placed it label facing in, and if she glanced my direction, I waved and pointed to the ticket where it indicated a drink. She finished something else, then came up, I told her I was waiting for a cup. (oh. sorry.) gave me my cup, then mentioned something to another younger male employee hiding behind the wall, who must have thought it was funny. This is why most fast food workers don't deserve $15/hour wages. If they aren't going to do anything, they shouldn't be paid anything. If he was on break, he should probably be away from areas where it can be assumed he's "on the clock" (if he's eating, he can do it in the eating area). Next beef, when I finally got my cup, I went to fill it with ice. not happening, I guess the kid was too busy hiding to refill the ice machine. at least the soda was cold enough to get me home. Update: it's been a few years and gave this location a shot again. Nope. The girl in the drive the could not comprehend a simple order of 2 burgers with xtra onions and small fries. And didn't have any $1 bills to give back and Gave a $1.20 back in all dimes plus Her attitude was basically "too bad" And of course the burgers had no onions when I asked for extra. Agreed with the other post. Bunch of lazy indifferent teenagers working .. no wonder the parking lot was empty..

Most of the tables were dirty with food crumbs - they definitely had not been wiped down in awhile. They were not that busy that someone couldn't have cleaned up the dining area. This was the absolute worst McDonalds experience I have ever had. You’d think for the area it’s in, it would be a decent place to go.

When we walked in the door we almost slipped on TRASH because the bins were overflowing onto the floor. The kiosks didn’t work and it then took 7 minutes for an employee to even acknowledge anyone at the registers. They had no sweet tea in the dine in area and told me it was brewing then when I asked again they said the machine was broken, after I watched them use it to give tea in the drive thru. Someone in my group got a Big Mac. It was missing an entire party and the rest was thrown in the wrapper separately like a salad, not even in the buns. I’ve never seen something so lazy.

The place was disgustingly dirty throughout including the bathrooms. There were literally flies in the entire restaurant. Every single table was covered in filth and had obviously not been wiped down, and when we tried to clean them ourselves, the wipes they had available were drier than napkins.
