I went back for a second try and the pizza this time was noticeably better. I rated my first pizza here as average to below average; it may have been simply under-cooked. This last one was a good pizza that I could happily enjoy every day. The crust here is light and slightly crispy. I tend to favor a chewier crust, with a bit of a sour tang. This is a lighter crust, with a less pronounced flavor. I can see how some people might actually prefer this style. It's not what I have considered a NY style pizza, but that's just my personal expectations, and when done right, Randazzo's Pizza is pretty darn tasty. From my previous review: Service is fast; they can crank out the orders for sure. Ordering online was easy.

Very good food. Over the last few weeks had a cheesesteak, pizza, and chicken steak wrap and fries. All were great. Rolls are phenomenal and fresh. Wrap was tight and easy to eat. Fries were crispy. Did both take out and eat in. Thumbs up from my daughter who is very particular about her pizza.

We saw an Italian Chicken Cheese Steak with Roasted peppers, spinach, and provolone on it. We asked for it as a Stromboli, adding fried onions. The large Stromboli was amazing!! So glad we asked for this, since it wasn’t on the menu. And we will order this again!!

Amidst the rush of the Eagles’ opening game—a night when every pizza spot is besieged by fans—I didn't just get incredible food but also genuine human kindness from my friends at Randazzo’s. For those who understand the Eagles game day frenzy, you know the challenge of getting any food, let alone good food, during the game. This wasn’t just any Friday for us; it was the evening we gathered for my grandfather’s funeral, a poignant night where our family reunited after over two decades apart.

With heavy hearts and no plans for dinner, we reached out to Randazzo’s at 9:30 PM, hungry. We needed enough to feed a small army: 12 cheesesteaks, 3 salads, and 2 large pizzas. Not only did Randazzo’s accept our last-minute, large order, but they handled it with such grace and compassion that it left us all deeply touched.

By the time the food arrived, it was still piping hot, as if it had just come out of the oven. To our surprise, they even included a variety of sides for the sandwiches, making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal without a hitch. This wasn’t just service; it was Randazzo’s taking care of us when we needed it the most.

Frank and Gus, the heart and soul behind Randazzo’s, aren’t just fantastic restaurateurs; they are genuinely incredible people. Their empathy and professionalism turned what could have been a logistical nightmare into a smooth and comforting experience for our family during a time of grief and remembrance.

Supporting Randazzo’s isn’t just about enjoying their delicious food; it’s about supporting a business that truly cares about its community. I will ALWAYS support Randazzo’s, and I encourage you to do the same. They are not just a business in our community; they are a part of our family. Thank you, Randazzo’s, from the bottom...

Disappointing :( I expected a lot more with all of the fantastic reviews and I am super bummed that I couldn't bring myself to give five stars. I thought about it but then the review would be unfair. I got grannys, taco, works pizza, buffalo wings, buffalo bites and cheese fries. (It was an exciting cheat day). All of the orders came correct. Delivery driver friendly (was not contact free but not a big issue). Grannys pizza has fantastic flavor albeit a bit soggy but nothing an oven won't fix. Taco pizza was pretty good. Works pizza, there was something about it that just didn't hit the spot. Idk what it is. Cheese fries I liked. Buffalo wings were good size but soggy and disappointing although it tasted a bit better than it looked. Buffalo bites were ok. (No celery for wings or bites but that can be overlooked too). The 3 stars is for polite, fast delivery and some good flavors. Knocked off 2 because it was a bit more expensive than it should be which led me to believe it might've been worth it. I also loved that as I was reading reviews, the owner is very involved with his restaurant so I was even more sad that it was not up...

I DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING HERE IF YOU CANNOT HAVE GLUTEN. Terrible experience. I have celiac’s disease and got glutened. Ordered delivery over the phone with my friends two nights ago, explicitly ordered a personal gluten free plain cheese pizza. I’d never had Randazzo’s before, and it was close, so we wanted to give it a try. At first glance it didn’t look like gluten free crust, but I thought who was I to judge- I didn’t know what randazzo’s gluten free crust looked like. One bite and I knew it was gluten. I didn’t have time to spit it out. We checked the receipt that was in the trash and sure enough, the pizza was not gluten free. I am now doubled over in pain, and have been all day. I feel awful. Very disappointed. The best they could do was remake the pizza and give 10% off my next order, which I will not be using. Needless to say I will not be going back. I’d like to hope it was just a one time slip up, but everyone that will get sick from eating...
