Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Warwick

Edit: 4/19/24 I don't know what is going on lately but tonight is the 3rd time I've ordered something and it's not cooked all the way! I ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza tonight. Got home after I picked it up and realized once I opened the box that they forgot the "Buffalo" part of the ingredients! No spiciness to it whatsoever! And on top of it the crust was doughy and absolutely barley cooked. I threw it away out of disgust being the 3rd time in a row the pizza wasn't cooked all the way. First 2 times i figured "it happens", not the end of the world and I know they get busy. But this is unacceptable! I can't afford to throw money away

Very satisfied with this Dominos Pizza! I order via the Dominos APP on my phone and it couldn't be any easier! Not only that, the app tracks my order so i know every move from the time i place my order till i get my food at my front door. The app saves me money, i get points towards free pizza, i get to use coupons and i never have to talk on the damn phone! It's a win win! I had a credit for 2 medium pizzas, called & Redeemed my credit. Then my husband goes to pick them up. They try to tell my husband that he owes $9. Why would he owe any money if it’s a credit ? The only thing we changed was the crust on one, hand tossed to pan pizza. That is a $1.25 more, okay I get that but then I should only be paying $1.25 +tax for the crust change. Where did the $9 come from ? The 2 guys not in management shirts argued with my husband but couldn’t answer him when he asked how there is a $9 charge. A girl came over & apologized & gave my husband his food. But then I look at the slip & it says credit for one & 2.50 for the other. Inconsistent quality my pizza was entirely different from the one I got just few days ago same exact order. I feel uncomfortable in there to be honest there's to much going on inside with customers being in the building irrelevant conversation wise amongst the employees maybe inappropriate. Also the time it took was probably atleast 50 percent longer but I can understand that if they were busy. But I don't see why the pizza wasn't filled more. practically no cheese. That's why I don't consider dominos an actual pizza we call it fake pizza lol. Literally one slice was 1/3rd empty it was a peice of bread. I'll try back next year.
