I don’t know why no one can follow simple directions every time I put it on the app. I give specific directions as to where to go when turning onto the street I say go to the back of the building because that’s where my apt is located and it’s easier for me to just go up the 4 steps to the back door, that way I don’t have to make my 3 son walk all the way to the front door to the front of the building. Going to that back door I can watch my apt door and stand at the top of the steps. I can’t hold the food as well as hold my sons hand and sometimes he doesn’t cooperate and runs.I’m a 5ft 86 Ib girl... with a 24 Ib toddler it’s not easy to hold him and food, Also when I order lava cakes.. half the time I never get the icing with them even when I pay for them. Why? I’ll understand if you ran out all you have to do is tell me lol. My food was also a little over 20 minutes late. When I live 5-10 min down from that store..I don’t mean for this to come out the way it might but it’s frustrating when I tip very well and I don’t always get what I paid for and people don’t follow directions as well as my food is now being delivered late. There’s all of maybe 2-3 employees that work there that know exactly what they are doing and where to go. I don’t complain at all I never do, but this is becoming the 4th time something like this...
Read more3YEARS LATER , This is still a stellar Domino's location. My food is always hot, received in a timely manner and in the rare occasion that they've got something incorrect; they've ALWAYS gone over and above to make things right. They have actually saved my behind when another chain screwed up and refused to answer the phone so close to closing. Dan answered the phone and made sure my order was correct and sent it out to me literally 10min. from close. Normally I would NEVER BE "THAT GUY" who orders so close to closing. However, the other chain not only delivered my food to the wrong address. They then, wouldn't answer the phone within 15min of closing so I could question where my order was, or if they possibly delivered it to the same address in the next city over. I can't say enough about the way this location does business. It far exceeds the majority of Domino's locations!
Fantastic service - the restaurant manager is a hard worker & one heck of a good guy to his regular customers. Very rarely do I ever have any issues However, the few times in the 15+ I've used this store (& the old Post Rd) any issues that have arisen are ALWAYSfixed in an appropriate and agreeable manner & they have always taken responsibility & been accountable. Thanks...
Read moreI was in the neighborhood when I watched one of their delivery drivers bringing food to someone but I watched this guy driving erratically down near Cushing road in Warwick, yelling obscenities out his window at some people walking down the street. I know he’s from this particular location because I’ve seen his exact car there before. This driver was a heavier set individual with brown hair, glasses, and a beard. He was wearing a hat like most delivery drivers to. But I watched him coming down the road and yell out at the pair of people walking down the street which was totally uncalled for. All I can say is how rude can you be, that’s just unprofessional to be on the clock and doing that. To whoever it concerns, he was driving a dark blue almost gray Toyota Corolla with a Domino’s sign on the top of it. I will not be ordering from there again, especially not if they’re sending out this lunatic to bring food to people! I used to order there all the time but not anymore, get some better drivers with professional attitudes and maybe that...
