I frequent Dunkin Donuts and I find this store to be very poorly run. Today, it was so bad, I feel compelled to write this review. I pulled up and there were two cars in front of me. The first car was there for 10 minutes!! I was ready to pull out of line but the car moved forward at the same time. I commented to my wife that the driver must have had trouble deciding or ?? Now the car in front of me...they took another 5 minutes? I pull up and had to wait about 3 minutes for them to say hi and take my order. I ordered two Chicken Sandwiches in less than a minute. I am now waiting for the car in front that took 5 minutes to order and see that all they ordered was an ice coffee!! I pull up to the window and had to wait another minute or two for them to come to the window and the person says..... "we only have 1 chicken sandwich". They didn't know that when I ordered?? I said I would have a Ham and Cheese instead. I noticed a lot of laughing and fooling around in the background. Clearly this is not the way most DD's are operated.
When I got home, the sandwich consisted of one 3" square of ham and a dabble of cheese. This is not even close to any reasonable expectation of product that DD would serve. I tossed it out.
One of the big advantages of Franchise shops is product and service consistency. My experience today was so far any other of my purchases at other Dunkin shops. The Warwick Ave store in Warwick is close buy I will buy elsewhere...
Read more3rd review Manager allows employees to start emotional arguments with customers. She also has no control at her job. Cant you imagen returning 3 sausage egg and cheeses sandwiches and you explain to the front register whats going on. Then said employee seeks you out the customer so she can get her emotions out on the customer for being unable to do her job. Then once the customer felt attacked he spoke up and was attacked again be same employee. So after the customer was verbally attacked by the employees emotions he spoke up and was attack by all the female workers. Theres no control in there. I even called to get a supervisors number and the manager attacked me on the phone and told me she wouldnt give me the number because im a retand and a waste of life Stong words to be saying to someone who is 100% disabled from the army from sustaining major head injuries. I had a shocking and unacceptable experience at this Dunkin’ drive-thru on April 25th 2025 at 6:30-7AM. A young employee at the window was completely inattentive while handing me my hot coffee. She spilled it on herself, then wrongly blamed me, claiming I caused the spill. Her reaction was unprofessional and aggressive—she yelled at me and threw the entire coffee at my car, splattering it and creating a mess, before storming off. This was honestly outrageous—throwing hot coffee is not just rude, it’s dangerous and could’ve seriously hurt someone. I’m beyond disappointed with how this was handled, and it’s clear this place needs better training or oversight. No one should have to deal with this kind of treatment.
