I was at the tf green airport DD on 1-8 side and the employee Nakya told me to get out of her line and told the other employee not to serve me , because it was 5:05 am ! I was standing there since 4;17 am to get a coffee .. I do not know who in the world would ever have an employee with this kind of behavior behind there counter .. she needs to ..bremoved .. The reason for not serving me is because I asked her if she was opening soon and she said that was rude .. I went on my flight no coffee no breakfast because this person thought she had power to ruin my day .. Guess what Nakya you did not ruin. My day .. I appreciate seeing the ignorance of zero intelligence of a human being .. After all you are a coffee maker .. sorry life took you down this path . Now on the plane sick to my stomach because I take medication that needs to be taking with food .. who the heck does Nakaya think she is .. the worst experience I have ever been through .. Here’s the best part my plane gets delayed , we have to get off plane so I go back and nicely say are you in a better mood and Nakaya says yes as matter of fact I am , so I say well I never said anything to you this morning for you to refuse me service .. Read moreI wish I could leave zero stars!! The absolute worst service EVER. I ordered online for pickup. My husband goes in to pick up my order and the sandwich was BURNED and I was missing my donut stick. I went inside and asked for my sandwich to be remade and immediately I get attitude because I received burned food. I mentioned I didn’t get my donut stick and I’m told oh we don’t have any, but my food was in the pick up area. Just like they can not control the app, I guess I’m supposed to know they were out of the donuts. And then another lady came over and seemed like she had half a brain NOPE I was wrong!! She asked me what the issue was I explained my sandwich was burned and I asked if it can be remade and I was missing a donut stick she explained that they can’t control the app and they put the food out for pick up, BUT NO ONE SAID ANYTHING ABOUT MY ORDER NOT BEING COMPLETE. I guess I’m not being reasonable. I said nevermind I tell her what kind of donut I would like and say thank you give a 👍🏽 thumbs up and this lady gets offended by the thumbs up and says it’s rude!!!! How in the world the thumbs up equals being rude!!! What in the world is happening to the service. I get that we were on the East Coast and there is a little different standard of etiquette but when my friend ordered her food 5 minutes before the other two of us did and watched as everyone else behind us got their food, we had to ask the woman serving us to check on her order. She proceeded to tell her that her order had already come up but the order sitting at the counter didn't match her receipt. The service counter worker then yelled, "I'm busy!" As she walked back and forth to the kitchen. I had to ask for my friend, "I understand that you're busy, but who can I talk to in order to get my friend taken care of?" I'm between trips back and forth to the kitchen, she told us she was busy and she would make it in a minute. In the mean time my friend very politely found a manager and simply requested a refund. The manager never even apologized to her. I'm not sure if it's worse to consider that this is the way that Dunkin Donuts operates as a business model or that this is the standard behavior for the region we were visiting.
