People make mistakes zero vehicles behind me in line I ordered one coffee with a friggin fancy name the girl at the window after I ordered Paige told me to pull up in the mostly empty parking lot and someone will bring it right out 12 minutes later I called someone must’ve made a mistake. They must’ve thought you drove off.

No, there was no thinking involved. that says you care less about the customer. No, that says you care not at all about the customer because you who just told me to pull up only came out after the person that answered the phone told you to come out and when you came out, he said oh you must’ve driven off or we must’ve forgotten about you. Well, you know what that’s customer service at. It’s finest Starbucks it’s the first time I’ve been to your store and probably close to 10 years. Don’t waste my time and if you read this, don’t waste your time either the coffee was like burnt toast

And when you do come out, do you really think that was an empty parking lot and only one other car in 12 minutes after me that I’m gonna believe that you actually looked outside or attempted to come out with my drink? This is a newly opened location, I usually go to one closer to my house but it was on the way to the highway so I made a pit stop. Typically I use the app to order and my brain was fried today so I ordered the wrong thing... TWICE. Not anyone but my own fault. The girls were so so amazing and understanding they kindly remade it for me with nothing but kindness and light hearted smiles. Every time I visit this Starbucks, I’m consistently impressed by the exceptional service. The partners are always incredibly polite and kind to me and my two little babies. They’re incredibly accommodating to our needs, making our visits a pleasure. The cafe is spotlessly clean, and I’ve never had any issues with my coffee, which is a rare feat.
