KFC — Restaurant in Warwick

Ordered on DoorDash got all my food opened up the bag and I’m not even surprised half of. It’s missing. I called the store up to see what they’re gonna do about it. They basically tell me all mistakes happen. I don’t know what to tell you we’re busy you have to come pick it up. I told him well. The whole point of me ordering on DoorDash was so I didn’t have to pick it up because I couldn’t pick it up at the time so basically I was out half of my order. So then I asked them if they checked the food or if they just throw it in a bag and hope for the best she says yeah we check every single bag. I said well apparently you don’t because half of my stuff is missing just a waste of time even bothering to even argue or say anything they just don’t care. Gave one star server was adequate. Had to ask for napkins both meals . Order with my card. I order friends meal with cash. When handed to them gave me a $1 and change. When my friend gave me cash I looked at it and it was a twenty. She just used atm and only had 20's. Iwent in and said Waite I gave you a twenty . No a ten she said. Manager counted box sorry no twenties in 10's section and only 16 cents off The manager said no you gave twenty on camara wouldn't let me see said no one aloud in back .Ido get that.Counter server was saying you gave me a ten. I only have a review for Amanda. I wen there 6/10/2023 to grab food for the family. She WAS THE ONLY ONE WORKING. And she was doing it by herself at that. She took my order then had to run into the back to PREPARE MY FOOD BECAUSE NO ONE ELSE WAS WORKING OR HELPING HER. But I watched an employee walk to the window fill up his soda and play on his phone. I appreciate you Amanda for making my food and being so nice. I’m sorry you were working at that moment alone!! That girl needs a dang raise. Or you need better employees.
