Subway — Restaurant in Warwick

My friend and I stopped in here around 4:30pm on Sunday 3/17 as the hours said they were open. The parking lot was a ghost town aside from one vehicle and when we went in, no one was there. We waited 5 minutes, rang the bell on the counter for service a few times then waited 5 more minutes before leaving. The store was wide open, the bar was all set up like they were open but no one was there. Very concerning. We made noise, said hello... nothing. It felt like we were in the Twilight Zone.

Take your business elsewhere.

Editing to add 5/22/2024 - got an email from the owner (I think) once I complained to corporate saying "Sorry for your experience. 1 free footlong sub" I asked how I would go about getting that since the email didn't say much else...never...

My husband and I usually only get subway when we are traveling because it’s a great on the road food. I feel like the quality of service and food has really declined throughout the years… but not at this Subway! We came last week because we were starving and needed something quick for lunch! I really wish I had gotten then ladies name because she was fantastic. Her customer service was top notch. The bread was so fresh, all the condiments were fresh, our sandwich was full. It was so good we went back again today and the same lady was there. Again everything was great! Now a days it is so hard to find great customer service and or good quality products. This subway nails...

This location is usually really great but I had a bad experience today. Hopefully the owner will reach out to me and ill consider changing my review. First I waited 5/10 minutes in the dining area with no one available for service. I rang the bell and even called the location only to have TWO employees come out of the freezer(this is what they said) who were doing prep. This wasted a portion of my lunch break. Then the sandwich was poorly made and no bacon was available for my sandwich. It was really a one star visit but I gave 3 based on my previous visits which would have been 4/5 stars.
