I placed an online pickup order and my account was charged, yet no email confirmation was sent to me at all. I contacted this location, and unfortunately they were unable to help me on their end. I was told an online pick up order doesn’t charge, it “holds” until the item is picked up. I was not able to pick up my item because I never received confirmation, nor did the store receive my order request so my $320 is in limbo. I contacted corporate and they were extremely unhelpful. I was told the reason my order never went through was because my item was out of stock. I have never ever placed an order for an out of stock item and had my money taken from my account with no tendered goods. Normally, it would decline the request and notify me the item is out of stock. Corporate tells me that my money “should” come back to me within 10 days. I feel like this is completely insane, I have never had a business do anything like this before. Think twice before placing an online pick up order with this company!! Normally, I enjoy my saunter through the store. Today not so much. First off, I picked up a number of potential purchases which were not priced, so back they went. Secondly, the store was in total disarray with shelves of tangled merchandise, or virtually NO merchandise. The picture frame section was literally so overstuffed with items that I was having trouble choosing one without fear of breaking something. CLEARANCE signs were everywhere, so designated by a red line through the price...I found one item with that type of pricetag. ONE! Finally, they are in the middle of kicking summer out the door in favor of Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas...not ready for any of that quite yet...and masked workers were busy ignoring customers while putting out their holiday offerings. I did manage to find a few things, but leaving was the best part of today's...

Just went here for a pick up order. The first employee called to help us had pizza boxes in her hands and stated she was too busy to help. The second employee then told me they couldn't find our item (garland) so we could go look for it ourselves but she was going to cancel the order. I tried to ask her if it was out of stock and she just kind of mumbled they couldnt find it and walked away. After 2 minutes of searching ourselves, it was in the garland section with everything else. Obviously this defeated the purpose of ordering online for pickup and overall the staff was unfriendly, Unprofessional and unhelpful. I just really can't believe the attitude of the workers here.
