Chuck E. Cheese — Restaurant in Warwick

I was really excited when I found out there was a Chuck E. Cheese within a 2 Hour Dr. of where we now live as the local Chuck E. Cheese here closed down years ago. Upon arrival neither of the cashiers understood how to work the register which isn’t exactly something that bothered me however, I feel that as busy as it was there should’ve been secondhand there to help show them the process of each transaction as you could tell they were still learning. Fast-forward to playtime, we noticed many of the games would take your swipe but would not work so I brought that to their attention and their response was “yes we’ve been notified of that” ……… that’s it. ALL RIGHTY THEN . So after learning which machines don’t work because they didn’t have any type of sign on them, we decided to go to the trampoline part. Clearly written, it explains no flips, not to lay down, socks must be worn, Parents must be watching their children ect…. As I’m standing there, the woman inside the trampoline clearly did not care about anything because multiple kids had no socks on kids were flipping all over the place. One itty bitty little one was shoved over and lost it , her parent/guardian was nowhere to be found, I’m assuming maybe a friend/sibling walked off the trampoline with her, she must have been no more then 5 herself caring for a maybe 2/3 yr old… I was just very disappointed that it was so chaotic and as much as we have always loved Chuck E. Cheese I don’t think we’ll go back to...

Staff here are ridiculous. Paid over $80 today and waited for my food for an hour after finding out one of the staff handed out my food to some one else I waited another 20 mins for my food to be remade. Then after we went to order Churros I asked a staff member how long it would take she responded 25 mins so I thought that was a lie I asked the cashier and she responded 10 minutes. After that my son went to use his tickets and the girl did not even look like she wanted to be there my son has issues and she was slumped over the counter with an attitude so I did her job to add and tell my son what he had left in tickets. I kindly thanked her and I got no response back. Not to mention that the bathroom was nasty not clean and the cold water in one sink don’t work and no soap dangerous for our children to burn themselves.I can definitely say I will not return and don’t recommend anyone to come here. It’s just not how it used to be. I wish I could say it was because there short staffed but that’s not the reason because they had enough employees. Not one was at the door checking our hands when we left. I even seen a staff member ask this lady if her hand was stamped and she said no I’m just using the bathroom she said ok and walked away. Do you understand the safety risk in our children because of poor stuff. I REPEAT DONT GO HERE SO MANY...

We usually love coming to Chuck e Cheese however it was not a great experience when my family and I went on July 20th 2021. We showed up around 12 and waited almost a half hour at the door for someone. There was only one girl on when we arrived and she was busy helping other people. We ended up just going in ourselves because our kids were getting upset waiting so long. My husband went up to order a pizza and drinks for us and he basically had to beg the girl working to take his order. When we got the food there were flies all over the place landing all over us we couldn’t even eat and to top it off we went to get our drinks and there was absolutely no ice in either machine. Throughout the whole few hours we were there not one person filled the ice. The games were fun but not so clean especially the toddler area. When we decided to cash in our tickets we saw one lady already waiting with her two children we watched and saw that no one was helping her and we decided to just leave because the lady stood there for a good half hour waiting and not one person helped her. We are so disappointed with this experience that we don’t think we will ever come back. It’s just not the same anymore it’s like they gave up...
