Shawarma Xtreme — Restaurant in Washington Charter Township

Tonight we ordered the Washington Special, it came with a variety of meat and lots of rice, fresh hummus and salad, and bread. The person who took our order over the phone was very polite and professional. The food was done within 20 minutes of ordering. All of the meat was very fresh and moist. It was seasoned very very well. I have had food from several places with this type of food and this is probably the best I have ever had. The rice was flavorful and soft. The hummus was great. The salad and dressing were fresh. This was my birthday dinner, so I am very happy to give a new place a try and have the food be so delicious! The Falafel and Kibbeh were VERY good-I normally do not like these as much but I fell in love tonight with them!

I had the pleasure of visiting Lulu's new Mediterranean restaurant and was thoroughly impressed by the kindness of Lulu and her staff. The service exceeded my expectations, and I greatly appreciated the complimentary cup of coffee and baklava. I’m excited to have discovered a potential favorite spot for Mediterranean cuisine in the area. I encourage you to stop by on Monday, May 19th 2025 for the grand opening. I stumbled upon this delightful place while getting my nails done at Kv Nails next door and was in search of a satisfying lunch. I ordered the chicken shawarma wrap and was very good. The chicken was marinated to perfection—juicy and flavorful.

The beef shawarma was just as incredible: thinly sliced and perfectly seasoned.

The portions are generous, the ingredients taste incredibly fresh, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality you’re getting.
