Don Franco's Apollo Pizza — Restaurant in Washington Township

I have ordered my food afternoon and they never delivered it to me. Female phone operator stated "Your not allowed soda". This place does not give good customer service and delivery service is worst. I will go to somewhere else to order at Papa John's, Victory, Outback Steakhouse or In a Pickle. They are 10x better than Don Franco's Apollo Pizza. This place needs more training and great customer service. This is worst place I ever ordered from. I would not recommend this place to no one. The customer service and delivery service is just worse don't order from this place they won't deliver food. I have been grubhub customer since June 2015 and this how Don Franco's Apollo Pizza treats me. This is unacceptable and disgraceful. They not delivered my food. So I spoke to someone at Grubhub and they cancelled my order and I will take business somewhere. Don't order from this place. Because they gave me horrible customer service. Before female customer hangs up the phone she stated "We are not going to deliver your food". I will go somewhere to order not this restaurant. Maybe this will them a lesson. Prior to estimated delivery times 3:16 pm and 3:26 pm they never delivered my food. I am not happy with Don Franco's this place is 10x worse. They do not know how to assist customers or give customers...

This place seriously used to have the best sandwiches anywhere in Washington Twp. I’ve been reading the bad reviews and I’m sad to say they were right. I ordered food today and the cheesesteak with pepperoni and extra cheese had very little steak on it. Also the steak was pretty well done and there was barely any cheese on it. My buddy got wings and they were drenched in sauce. When he went to pick up the order he asked if they included blue cheese, they said yes. He checked the bag anyhow and no blue cheese, he mentioned this to the employee and they insisted it was in there. He showed them it wasn’t and they gave him blue cheese and of course no apology.

I will assume maybe there is new ownership the last year or two??? How far their quality has fallen. I noticed that multiple people with negative reviews asked for the manager or owner to call them and they were never responded to. Guys, it’s not too late to turn this around, for years you were the best…..let’s focus on quality control and get start focusing on good food...

Worst customer service ever. My roommate order from them on grubhub. We live in a gated community so you have to put a code in to get in. Their driver somehow managed to get in without us getting a call (when you put the code in it goes to our phone) so we called more then an hour after he ordered to find out what happened. they told him it was delivered . it never came to us. they argued with how the code works , and that the gate opened . first it was said that the order was handed to someone at our apartment number then it was they left it at the door. they decided to tell us how many times we've ordered from there as if that matters. I guess because there was only one order from us ever we aren't important. regardless we never got our food , argued with us about it. then told us to call grubhub....
