Johnny's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Washington Township

Ordered food at 5:25 pm and I was told that my food would be delivered in 45 minutes. At 6:30 pm I still didn’t receive my order. I called and I was told it’s on the way. It’s NOW 6:45 pm and still no food. I live 5 minutes from the place. I will NEVER order from here again. I understand if it’s busy, but tell me that when I place my order so I’m not surprised when waiting close to an hour an a half for pizza! My kids are hungry!

So after finally receiving my order at 7:00pm, I noticed that they forgot one of my appetizers and the food was cold. I called again and asked to speak to a manager who was not at all helpful, she actually sounded annoyed. I was told there was nothing she could do and I was to either pick up my app or pick up the cash for a refund! Now I told her that I understood that they were busy but I should’ve been told this when ordering my food. She then proceeded to tell me that she could not predict how busy they were going to be. First of all it’s a Friday night so I’m sure they are ALWAYS busy and that has nothing to do with when I PLACED MY ORDER. Have not tasted food yet. Waiting for delivery that supposedly left 20 minutes ago. We live no more than 10 minutes away. Also, I ordered coupon 5 and the girl who took my order failed to ask me what I wanted on the cheesesteak. I will take partial blame for that but every time I order a cheesesteak the person taking the order ask me what I want on it. To be fair I'll come back to give my opinion of the food, when it gets here. By the way it's a Tuesday not normally a busy night for pizza delivery The food has arrived! First I must say we are from Philly and have not been impressed by NJ pizza places with the exception of Steak Out but they don't deliver. Heres what we thought. Pizza - okay, I would order again Fresh Chicken Wings - Dry and Bland I ordered hot and honey sauce. When I saw them, I thought they forgot the sauce. The sauce tasted good but was not rich enough to to coat the wings. French Fries - The best tasting item we ordered. Cheesesteak - Not bad and probably would've tasted pretty good if it had fried onions...

Me and some co workers just attempted to order place local for lunch and received the menu in the mail. We ordered here today online in between patients and were extremely excited for the food because we heard it was good and ordering was easy. Upon getting the food 2/3 things we ordered were complete wrong, not even close to the items we ordered originally! We tried calling and the girl who answered asked us to send the confirmation to show that the food was wrong so we did, and she said she’d call back. Now 20 minutes into our lunch break she calls back apologizing and said we had to speak to the manager/owner. He gets on the phone asking the situation, incredibly rude and said “sorry it glitched, we can have the right order to you soon.” We asked if we could be reimbursed saying we would just eat what was here because we had limited time for lunch and were told no we couldn’t be reimbursed with our getting the food back.
