This past Sunday I was picking my son up around 8:34 from Walmart and decided to get a breakfast sandwich from McDonald's drive thru. There was about 2 cars in front of me I proceeded to speaker and was told to wait a few minutes. I'll be right with you. It took 8 minutes to come back. No apology for the wait and when I asked the 1st time why it took so long I was ignored. The wait was so long that 3 cars left the line. The car in font of me moved so I moved to next speaker to order. I went to give code but for the wait requested a courtesy drink. I was rudely told that she don't give courtesies, no one apologized for the wait and when I asked why it took so long again this time I was told they were short staffed. I asked to speak to manager and she said she was the manager and clearly she wasn't. My son had wanted to place an order and she asked me did I want to proceed. She was very rude, unprofessional and the lack of courtesy and customer service in asking to proceed when I requested a manager was horrible. My son said ignore her remarks and order and when I went to do that she was would not respond in speaker and was taking the order behind me. The car behind me was told to go around me. This cut deep. I have been in customer service for over 20 years and never have I've been treated so badly. I simply wanted my time respected with either an apology or a courtesy drink since now I was late for work. I was told to deal with it because everyone is short staff and that if I was late why was I still there. The staff here and even the real manager was rude she backed her employee in all her rudeness. I am not recommending anyone experience what I did Sunday. I had to call 911 because they were so rude. How is it that I would of been a paying customer and you skip over me. I asked for a manager name and phone# and was given a card with no name on it. If you want to go to a McDonald's there is one in Williamstown and one down from Burlington Coat factory. The one at Walmart is horrible. There rating is very poor service and after speaking and reporting the incident to the officer. The officer was very polite and wished me a better day than I experienced. I will never eat at this McDonald's again and I will tell everyone of my experience even beyond this review. Read morePlaced order inside the store. Messed my order up. Torrential downpour started as I was walking to my car. Realizing they messed up, I tried to get back in. In the maybe 45 seconds it took to walk to my car, they locked the door so no one could get in during regular business hours. Got drenched outside trying to get someone to open the door while everyone inside looked at me like I had three heads and ignored me. Even the girl that JUST waited on me and handed me my order. She just looked straight at me and ignored me. Called from my car. Explained that they messed my order up and forgot to give me stuff I paid for. Eli is who answered. I told them they can bring them out to me and he hung up the phone on me. I waited in the car for 9 minutes (checked my phone call log) before calling back and asking if they were bringing them out, Eli said they didn't have any fries because their power went out. I told them to open the door, I'm coming in. Within 5 seconds sprinting from my car to the locked door that a customer opened for me from the inside, magically the fry holder was full of fries already made up and additional fries in the dump station....So the little brat just didn't...

The music in the store was loud and we were sitting towards the rear of the restaurant because all the other tables were dirty with food. Can't her them calling numbers and the whole idea of the kiosk is to order food and they bring it to your table. There were about 3-4 employees standing behind the McCafe (where they hide from you) there were other people standing there that needed help or order and they ignored them and had an attitude when you asked for help. My food was cold they forgot my drinks and got an attitude when I said I did not get my drinks walked away from me when I was telling her what drinks we ordered and they were not correct when we got them. this is not the first time at this store had the same problem, every time I have ordered from the kiosk they leave your food at the counter not bring it to the table.
