McDonald's — Restaurant in Washington Township

Updated as of 3/16/23: Brand new store, same old problems. Good, clean interior restaurant with mostly friendly an inexperienced staff (but what do you expect at McDonald's?).

This McDonald's fast drive-through times are exceptionally misleading. You will likely be instructed to pull forward and wait sometimes 10 minutes or longer out of line so the wait time isn't counted against the store.

As a semi-regular customer who even uses the annoyingly not user-friendly app to pre-order, I've been asked to pull forward when literally ordering a cheeseburger meal, chicken nugget meal and two drinks.

I totally understand asking someone to pull forward on a lengthy order or items that aren't stockpiled. But that's rarely the case at this McDonald's. It's abundantly clear the objective is to have fast times and not a more efficient quality customer service.

Buyer beware! If this store is out of an item, they will attempt to substitute said item with a cheaper item. They never want to refund the difference until you almost have...

So my experience was,... whatever its McDonald's course everybody loves McDonald's whatever. However ,, DON'T like goin through the drivethru lettem know we got two different order.. they say nunt uhh u can't have 2 orders in one car ???WHAT ? Yeah I can AND do.. excuse me... So now we gotta just run thru twice ? Like that's the punishment for having 2 orders .. for spending our hard to come by _ money with y'all ? Cause we like McDonald's and everything in everywhere is expensive as my wife will get out ?cause we tryna use the coupons on the weak _ app y'all got ? Just so y'all know we tried to just pull over to the number spots and have them walk the next one out to us .. for whatever reason that couldn't happen.. I can't keep straight all these rules and regulations and little tiny big words and little print all over everywhere . What is you talkin bout? So whatever, pardon my French fries but...

Jade is the sweetest worker. From the moment we came in, Jade was very sweet. After we accidentally spilled a drink, Jade offered to help us clean up. We were trying to do it ourselves as we made the mess but Jade was adamant about helping. When a manager came out he told us to quiet down, which I said we would. Right after I told him we would be quiet he said “you can leave”. I understand that we were in there making a mess and being loud but we were trying our best to clean it up and the manager was unnecessarily rude without giving us a chance to quiet down. I work at a bar so I guess I have a higher tolerance for some tom foolery but I’ve never once been rude to a customer the way he was and have never witnessed a coworker sass someone up the way he did.
