Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Washington Township

Literally just experienced the rudest Customer Service ever here! I never leave negative reviews, but this upset me so much. First time ever coming to this location and I was picking up an order. On the door that is unlocked, it has a sign that says “DoorDash” with an arrow underneath it. So of course I open the door because that was on the door sign and then had no idea what was going on so I close the door immediately and got into a line where I heard an employee with blonde hair talking so much smack in the back about it. It was so unnecessary, especially since I thought I was following the correct instructions. Just nasty...

Great neighborhood stop atleast a few times a week. But the past 3 evenings between 9:05-9:25pm the employees are shutting down some of the custard flavors to get done early. I've worked and manged many food establishments. You serve till you completely close at 10pm then you shut down machines and clean. I wonder if the owners know this is going on . This is why I gave it a 1 star. 3 employees are working this small store, it's should not take that long to clean up after service is shutdown for the day.

In three night that my family has come Rita's lost my $30.00

I dont appreciate the inconsistency in the hours. i arrived at 8:30pm when its advertised to be open until 9pm. at that time, a girl locked the door and blasted the music and ignored my knocks and no one ever answers the phone. there were 3 other couples outside ritas also questioning the closing time. this is the second time this week with an early closing. i think it would be wise to have these child employees supervised. there is a ritas 10 minutes away that is open until advertised and answers the phones. if your the same owner congrats, but if not thats were my business is going...
