Shogun Japanese Cuisine & Crab — Restaurant in Washington Township

I absolutely love this place. My girlfriend & I were craving sushi one day, & searching thru Google she found Naruto sushi. It's in a small plaza right off of the black horse pike. It is a small quaint, & quite spot. Which I like because it becomes more of personal feel when you come back between you & the staff. The restaurant beautifully decorated, good seating, & lighting. The sushi bar it is very nice as well. The staff is extremely polite & informative with any questions you have. When the sushi comes to your table the plate is beautifully decorated. The portions are great too. Definitely favor their sushi roll lunch special on Saturdays too. Another reason why I love this place is because it's named after one of my favorite anime's "Naruto". They're logos on their shirts also refers to the show as well. I always leave extremely satisfied. Naruto sushi has also become a place where my gf, & I come to have our celebratory dinners for our accomplishments in our personal lives. I've been in there quite a few times I told them uni was my favorite and they said They carried it all the time so I paid the extra $15 for dinner it's much more expensive here than anywhere it's very clean it's not very large portions of fish uni very small portion I did tell them I do a lot of reviews on sushi restaurants and they seen me taking pictures but they've never tried to make my visit special they charge for everything with exception if you spend $80 on yourself she'll give you a couple ice cream discs their little ice cream is wrapped in dough I buy them for a 1. 99 for a box of 8 at the Oriental supermarket after about my eighth visit they did give my young child some kind of a drink but I think she charged me LOL it's never crowded if you want to get away from the crowd and pay a little extra money to do that the fish is fresh it's just small portions like I told her I go to tell him I owe for $24 or I can eat big portions fresh fish or I can come here and spend almost $80 and I'm still a...

5/5 stars all the way 🌟 from my first step inside to the last bite. The atmosphere is cute with the marbled flooring and color-changing lights decorating the walls and counter. The owners are sweet and friendly, especially Jenny 😇

As for the food - not only was it laid out beautifully but it was all absolutely delicious with heaping portions 🏔. We ordered chicken teriyaki, chicken & beef teriyaki, a tiger roll, and a rainbow roll. Food came out fast and soon enough, we were all lazily sitting around patting our bellies as sweet Jenny collected our empty plates. Even the orchid flower garnish wasn't spared lol 🌸😋

The teriyaki sauce was perfectly sweet and savory. The beef was soft and juicy to the point that we thought it might be ribeye, the best cut imo. The sushi tasted super fresh.
