YOUR STORE HERE FOR OVER A YEAR WAS DISASTROUS .ONE WOMAN WHO WORKED IN STOCK WAS MADE TO WORK THE FLOOR ONE DAY AND WHEN ASKED A QUESTION SHE WAS SO NASTY. WE CALLED AND TALKED TO THE STORE MANAGER WHO SAID SHE WAS AWARE OF WHO IT WAS AND HOPEFULLY TOOK CARE OF IT. WITHIN THE YEAR YOU HAD A NEW SUB MANAGER NAMED HOLLY WHO IS JUST FANTASTIC. WHEN WE SEE HER SHE IS ALWAYS WORKING WELL AND ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP THE CUSTOMERS. HOLLY IS A CREDIT TO MICHAELS. WE STARTED COMING TO THIS STORE BECAUSE THE DEPTFORD N.J STORE IS DIRTY, ISLES BLOCKED WITH STUFF IN THEM AND THE MANAGER DAWN THERE IS NASTY AND NEVER WANTING TO HELP A CUSTOMER WHEN WE WERE IN THERE. I ordered 3 dozen balloons for a BD party. The clerk told me they would hold up overnight, but they did not so I reorder them for the morning of my event. Picked up 9:30am by 10:30 am the balloons were all falling. The balloons did not stay up only after 1 hour of pick up! DO NOT USE MICHAELS FOR BALLOONS! They do not stand by their product, the balloons do not stay up and die within an hour. I called and asked for a manager and was put on hold and disconnected. Called back and asked for a refund. Terrible I really don't want to go there anymore. I looked everywhere in all Michaels in three different states.. I was looking for a can of spray paint that I really needed and none of them had it except for the store in Washington township that said they had it and they would keep it for me when I got there it was gone they put away the wrong can of paint after I drove an hour just to get there and then I wasted my time going to another Michael's craft store in deptford after the manager in township told me I just called them and they said they would put the can away for you only to be told they didn't have it...
