Andale Feast Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Washington

My review is mainly a warning becuase you might get a really good experience one time but then the next it won't be. They're very hit or miss. When this place opened up I thought they were great. Over time it seems they've gone down hill. The few times my order has been unsatisfactory, the woman there (manager? not sure) had credited me for my next visit. The last couple times I've gone the food was clearly subpar. They're not using the freshest of ingredients for example the cilantro in my tacos was so bad that it tasted like dirt. I had to pull out all the cilantro, it was dark green, bruised, and clearly too old to be served. I don't understand how they cannot see it. I think they may have mixed an old batch with a new one because there were some cilantro that seemed okay. The previous time their onions were bad - you can tell by their flavor not always so much by how they look. Another time I had carnitas tacos the meat was almost half fat and half meat. It was pretty gross. Also, I usually order two meals (one for BF and one for me) and seems every other time one of our orders is wrong! I'm basically tired of their inconsistency, and lately as well the woman manager acts a bit bossy and taken aback any time you mention their food is bad or have an incorrect orders. It's not worth putting up with that behavior and her argumentative nature on top of the sometimes bad food. One thing I will give them, is their food is rather authentic so if you're willing to give them a try by all means. I wish they would've stuck to what they had in the beginning when they opened, good food every time and nice service. Today, sadly, I can't say that anymore. I may visit again in 6 months and see who's working and see how food is, and will follow up here...

This was the first time my daughter & I ordered via Uber at Andale!!! Spent about $20.00 per person. I'm very partial to lengua, if u find a place that can properly cook lengua w/ the seasoning nearly perfect & the lengua literally melts in ur mouth... you've found that Precious gem. Now, I never give a 5star review.. especially since I'm someone who has cooked 50+ yrs. Now retired, I closely look at the prices. Now the burrito (just burrito) was 14.00 that's fine, believe me, it was well worth the price. However.. for a soda, it showed 2.50, but when I clicked on it .. the soda was $5.00 ...FIVE DOLLARS. You can go to Winco & buy 12 pk for that. So, I passed that. I then ordered one of their Specialty Mexican drinks for $5.00, I would rate it a 7/10. Would I recommend this place...Definitely Yet. BUT if ur on a fixed income (retired...etc.) find another means of beverage. Paying $5.00 is just to outrages. Hence my rating of 3 stars for the Excellent Burrito 🌯 👌

*Thank you for the response owner of Andale. *I am aware of the Uber's charging extra. *I'm also aware we can order from your menu, yet since there were reasons why we couldn't DRIVE to your restaurant to pick up an order..... it's obviously WHY we used the Uber service. It doesn't change the fact that I was making it known to the other customers who MAY have issues DRIVING to your place to pick up the food (since it doesn't look as if YOUR establishment delivers) and orders through Uber, should find other means for drinks .. since they get charged double the amount showed on...

I went here and ordered the enchiladas, she said give her 10-15 minutes. I told her I was going to run to the store across the street, the lady taking my order (the owner) said that would be fine. I made sure I had time as they close at 9pm and it was 8:30. I came back to Andales at 8:41pm and she had the doors locked and when I knocked on her door since she was standing right in plane view, at her cash register, but she ignored me and didn’t even look up to even acknowledge me ( after I paid $35 for my order) so I got in my car cuz she was clearly ignoring me, and drove up to her drive thru window. She stood there still not even looking my way, so I honked my horn, thinking just maybe she doesn’t realize I’m there but NOPE, she had me sit for 5 minutes while her worker brought my order and then slammed the window shut before I could ask for the extra sauce that I wanted or even check if my order was correct.
