I have been to Bloom several times and for the past three times I had to stand outside while they helped online orders and all the online orders even if people came after you,The online people were helped first. So I went and ordered online when it was 30% off. I waited in line in the online order and then the man let someone from the other line go in. So when I said something to him he started to argue with me and said that it was every other person even though the sign on the door says online orders first. then him and the manager on duty wanted to come out and debate why I was wrong and how I needed to be an adult and I needed to be patient. I feel like you guys should have consistency and that I should know when I'm coming there what I'm going to get. that is not happening and then when I speak up I'm treated like I'm the one that is wrong. and on top of that it was 30% off of pre-rolls which I ordered three and have the receipt here and I only got $9 off it cost me $35 30% off of $41 is $28 so they robbed me also of my money there are so many other dispensaries that I can go to and other people can go to. Customer service especially during this pandemic is a big thing it doesn't feel like your company cares about people and so I will from now on be telling my friends and everybody else to shop other places because you guys are not customer service friendly and don't stand by your word and change your rule to suit whichever manager is working that day. Very poor poor example of how to run a business. There is nothing at your store that we cannot get at another cannabis store You should remember that when you hire and train people... I see from your reply you take no responsibility in not giving me my proper discount, showing how dysfuntionly run your business really is.It's no wonder your staff acts that way... That is not the way the issue happened... I'm sure you have video,so you should watch it... If you really had your facts straight you would know that your short haired manager said that she was letting in one person from the line and one person from the online doing every other one. And the blond-haired guy agreed with her ,maybe you should get your facts straight before you put something in writing which is completely against what you just said. And for having the best deals and discounts that's a joke because two other competitors match everybody else's coupons and you give piddly little tokens everyday. So that being said, I will never return to your store. And I will let everybody I know to shop anywhere but at Bloom... Stay safe...

This has been my go to spot for over a year and in the last 2 months I've had issues with both this spot and their connected vape store rips. I went in to purchase a hand full of things, as I always do. The customer service was fine, the product wasn't the best selection at the moment but that happens. The Issue I've run in to was that I was charged for an item 40% MORE EXPENSIVE than the item I received. I intended to purchase a $36 oz, which is what I received however I was charged $60 for a different product. When I realized this mistake and called to see what could be done if anything I was very rudely asked by the manager AJ why I hadn't checked the things I purchased. Why I hadn't noticed the price difference in the products as tho I as the customer should be calculating my orders cost before the budtender when purchasing multiple items. Instead of customer service I was met with being blamed for a mistake that wasn't mine by a manager no less.

This was my first time visiting Zips. Love all the options of ways to consume, Fridays are very busy! however my Budtender was not very friendly. I used to go here all the time and have spent thousands of dollars here despite it being a bit of a drive for me. The last few times I was here, the staff are rude and disrespectful. Mostly the females working there either don't smile or have an attitude problem and don't know about their own products or rewards program. My advice to those certain employees would be if you hate your job or don't know how to interact and give amazing customer service then find a new job where you don't have to smile or care about the people spending tons of money on your product. You lost a very good customer and I will never go here or recommend this place to anyone. The Gallery in Spanaway has the same deals if not better and their staff are always very friendly and knowledgeable and they actually smile. If you want the best weed deals go to The Gallery in Spanaway or the one in Puyallup. This place fires and hires new employees regularly and it's no wonder their staff doesn't know what they're talking about and are rude and don't know how to interact with customers or answer simple questions. The Gallery in Spanaway is the only place I will ever buy weed so now they get my money instead of this horrible place.

I used to go here all the time and spent thousands of dollars on your product but over the last few months of going there, your staff are rude and don't smile and half of them don't know their own products and can't answer simple questions. What does me leaving a review before you're open have anything to do with what I just said about your shop? I don't want to talk to management because I will never spend my money here or go here ever again. You lost a very loyal customer due to your rude female employees. Most the guys there are cool and a couple of women there are cool but the long blonde hair woman is rude and the sole reason I will never spend money here ever again. As I said if you have employees that don't know how to interact or smile or answer simple questions, why do they work there? Again maybe you should check The Gallery's deals because they have the same deals on weed if not better. You can lie to yourself all you want but half of your employees are rude, disrespectful and don't smile or know about what they're selling and that doesn't make for a good experience. Response to the response of my review. You seemed truly appologetical and asked that i take the time to email. Well, i did over a week ago now, with no response back. I still have the bag a edibles for you to test for yourselves if you do not believe me..........."Original review below. Both the good and the bad, as the customer service is super freindly and inviting, not to mention really fast. The prices are also not bad compared to other places, though they seem to fluxuate. Ive been here about 4 times now and get the same exact edibles each time. "Smokies" They are my favorite, though I have been having issues with about 1/3 of them. Oddly, I can not find an email or chat option to contact any sort of customer support. Only each individiual store phone number. (I have a hearing disability so dont make phone calls) Limited contact info is just one complaint, another would be specific to the Smokie edibles I get there. One out of 3 packages have been thc free, while they are supposed to contain 100 mg per package. Not just less, but NONE. Happening once in a while, i can see the mistake, but this has been consistant with one out of 3 packages being edibles they forgot to put the thc in. Ive even had freinds and even my wife who does not like even the slightest drop of thc and can smell and tatste it a mile away. She ate an entire gummy with no effects or tast at all. Also the packages i ate before and after have been fine. In fact this last time, I opened another bag to see, only ate a half a gummy and it hit me like an entire gummy normally does. Now I dont totally blame Zips for this, as they are just the seller, however they are responsible for the products they sell. I can also not be the only one with this issue, as its been consistantly 1 out of 3 bags since I started going here. So every visit as I get 3 bags every time I go in and at $25 a bag it is starting to add up.
