"Tam", or whatever her name is, is the worst employee y'all have at this establishment. Not only did she overcharge me when I ordered a medium, and she rang me up for a large combo, she only served me a medium cup and medium fry. So your first issue with her is that she is stealing money from customers (which I will be going to AUGsplained and Disgusta, GA Facebook groups about, because I'm sure I'm not the only one she's overcharged and underserved). The second issue is her attitude towards customers because please explain 𝘸𝘩𝘺 I heard her tell a customer, who was hard of hearing; "I already repeated your order, don't piss me off, sir." A THIRD problem is the way she talks to her staff. Because whyyyy is she talking down to her staff in front of customers? Read moreEvening shift has some kids that are losing you business. I've ordered on the app 3 times in the last 2 weeks. First time lobby was closed with a sign saying to come through drive thru. 2nd app order on another day I just decided to pickup order in drive thru, no problems either. Tonight I ordered on app, went through drive thru, said my name and that I was here to pick up an app order. Same drive thru kid (shorter with dark hair) told me specifically "pull around and come inside to get it" I said your really going to make me come inside there's nobody in line at the drive thru. He said "yup" so I came in and all the kids were rude, didn't acknowledge me. Finally when food was done a girl handed me my food assuming I was the online one. When I got home and realized I had been shorted a sandwich I went back and they wanted to argue about which sandwich they shorted me and the box being marked that wasn't marked and when I pointed out their mistake they tried to appease me with a free meal card that I didn't even ask for that was by the way 2 months expired! I feel for kids that have to work fast food for little money, but that is no excuse for an entitled attitude and not doing the job they're paid to do.
