Better Days Coffee Club — Restaurant in Washington

So, as I sit in a parking lot sipping my very creamy, brewed to perfection breve latte, (expertly produced by Allie), I am compelled to review this coffee shop. I couldn't wait for this location to open up a few weeks ago because it's closer to my house than the other Elites. Once I tried it, I couldn't believe I found my new coffee stand!! Now, the coffee may be the same as the other stands but not all shots are created equal and only this one has Allie, the blonde morning girl!! And, all her staff, who are being trained by her. Here's my list of the reasons I am calling this my home coffee shop: 1) My lattes are perfectly consistent EVERY time, deliciously creamy. 2) Staff is courteous and friendly. 3) I like to gab with my baristas and, knowing from experience, it can be annoying when you are trying to make someone's drink correctly, I never once felt that from this staff, and Allie in particular, has never missed a beat with my drinks, even while engaging with me in convo. 4) Coffee is life!! That's all. If they didn't "have it" here, I wouldn't return, every day! I believe in giving people a chance to get it right. If they don't make your drink EXACTLY how you like it the first time, they're not mind readers and magicians, they need a chance to prove that they can and will. This stand has the expertise and commitment to make that happen. I get it, us customers can be finicky and temperamental, especially where our coffee is at stake!! So it's clear, my experience comes from owning coffee shops on the east coast. I just moved to WA last year. I never knew anyone at this stand before I started coming, still don't really, just that I believe in giving credit to hard working people who go above and beyond to give good customer service. Remembering a customer's name, what they like before they ask, because you made it your business to make a mental note on purpose, says everything to a customer. I have been coming to Bowler Coffee ever since they became BCC! First off, the staff is AMAZING! Gloria, Gracie & Diego have become more than just my friendly local baristas but they have become friends- more like family really! They always remember mine & my husband's drinks and exactly how we like them. As well as they always remember things we have previously talked about and always ask about them. Second, Bowler's customer service is TOP NOTCH and because they put so much care into my order I would much rather spend my money there supporting a wonderful small family business than some of those other over-priced, rude, nasty tasting coffee shops! Third, Cindy the owner is AWESOME as well. We met her because she is not afraid to jump in with her staff and get things done! She is hilarious, friendly and knows how to make a great cup o' Joe! You can tell she loves and appreciates her employees and her customers! She definitely has created a stellar coffee environment for her staff and her customers! She also listens to requests for new menu items whether it be for food or drinks! She always does her best to make her customers happy and do things that keep her shop hip and happenin'!

We love you Bowler Coffee Co! You are our favorite place to grab our favorite drinks and a tasty bite to eat! Highly recommend...

I've been going to Better Days for coffee since April '22. I've left a couple of reviews over the years, mostly on Doordash. I've loved this place since before they changed the name, when it was still Bowlers. I'm guessing the change was because of a new owner or manager, not sure, but nonetheless, the amazing quality has not fallen short!

The coffee is always great, I especially recommend trying one of their drinks from their monthly specials. My favorite from the regular menu is the salted white russian. The food is okay, I've never been incredibly impressed with their bagels, but their cake pops are good!

The service is fantastic! Never once in the three years I've been regularly going here, has a barista not given me amazing service and coffee. They're always so sweet and a pleasure to talk to :]

I have seen other reviews say their orders were incorrect or just poor quality, but they mostly seem to be at least 6m's - 1 yr+ old. I've personally only had a problem once, and that was from Doordash. I'm a huge coffee lover, and this place is one of my favorites. I come here at least once a week, sometimes...
