Found another cool place downtown Wash MO! Delicious iced coffee combinations on a little menu.... So cute and for us, so necessary. I had the blueberry muffin, Mom the pumpkin and Robbie had the mini gooey butter cake. We had iced coffees and Rob a smoothie. All absolutely delicious! Best blueberry muffin, actual blueberries inside, moist, fresh, delectable. They liked their picks too! Another plus, friendly people behind the counter. That means alot to me. A greeting, a smile, a thank you!

Omg you walk in, and it's way bigger on the inside. john was nice and pleasant "thanks john" We got some cinnamon rolls warmed up and a tall glass of milk (a real full tall cup, not a tiny cup :) The macron was exceptional.

Super cute and roomy inside. It's cozy with beautiful views of the river. The bakery menu is dairy and egg-free. I had the chocolate chip scone and it was delicious.

There are a few great coffee places in town, but I was pleasantly surprised by how good our lattes were! My connection caramel latte had REAL CINNAMON in it. My wife's honey lavender latte had REAL LAVENDER in it! We haven't taken the baked goods yet, but I'm expecting great things from browned butter gooey butter cake!

UPDATE: We finally ate some of the butter cake last night, and I can confirm that you can actually taste the browned butter. I can't imagine how gooey butter cake can taste any better than this. We also split the cinnamon roll this morning, and it was EXCELLENT. It had enough cinnamon and brown sugar between the layers that you can actually get a really good taste of them, which is my #1 factor when grading a cinnamon roll. (Those places that just sprinkle a little cinnamon in the layers offend me.) The icing was just the right amount of sweet as well. Knocked them out...

Fantastic little bakery with even some surprisingly excellent gluten free options.

We've tried their scones, cookies, oatmeal creme pies, and gooey butter cake (not all in one day!).

While I cannot give top score for the gooey butter cake, I have had better at other local bakeries, the rest were fantastic.

The scones were rich and balanced well in terms of crumbly, but dense with flavor. The oatmeal creme pies were melt in your mouth good. And the cookies we had were chock full of chocolate chips, and chunks of other goodies.

It's very, very open on the inside (high ceilings), but they keep it colorful and light on the inside so it still feels welcoming.

If we're ever in town again, definitely...

I attended a cookie decorating class and it was great! We learned decorating techniques on 6 cookies. The price for the class was so reasonable because you received 6 cookies, icing in piping bags, a scribe tool, scissors, a box for your cookies, and professional tips and tricks for decorating! The atmosphere was fun, informative, positive, and uplifting. I also tried a blackberry white mocha while working on my cookie decorating, which was one of many unique flavors offered - and it was delicious! After taking my cookies home, I immediately ate 2 of them! They were so yummy and I can't wait to...
