Café Elite — Restaurant in Washington

So I have gone to this location, probably 10 times over the last 2 and a half years, and today was the last time I'm willing to pay for this coffee. I ordered the below coffee to be a 16oz iced latte 3shots. With oatmilk and peanut butter and banana (something I have had at several other coffee shops throughout the state, it is one of my favorite go-to drinks). I got my order, and we'll as you can see it wasn't the right size even though I said the size for all three of my drinks was to be 16oz, so no confusion. I figured easy (I have worked in a much busier coffee shop before). Yet no, the flavor was also not what I was expecting since again this is a normal drink that I have gotten the same way from other shops. IDK what is if the folks making the drinks don't care about accuracy or the company as a whole is like this. I hope that it's the first choice and not the second. I've never eaten any food from cafe elite, so I can't speak on that.

They are always friendly, and if they make my drink wrong, they always fix it.

My only complaint is consistency. I order the same drink every time and it tastes different almost every time. Sometimes WAY too sweet, to the point I can't drink it so it waists my $10.

I actually most often get my drink from another stand due to consistency. It's pretty much the same everytime no matter who makes it, but cafe elite is in more areas so sometimes I go here due to locations....and I have to say my cafe elite is my 2nd choice for my particular drink as it's worse at another stand I...

The drinks my wife and I had were just alright, but not bad . This was our first time here to this location. They do have white coffee if you are looking for white coffee.

It wasn't until the bill came out that my wife reminded me that we had been to another Cafe Elite and we didn't go back because of the prices, they are more expensive than some of the other coffee stands we regularly go to.

Another thing I wanted to mention, the sleeves that they provide for the hot drinks don't help at all because they are so thin. It made it hard to hold our drinks very long because of how hot they were. I'd recommend getting a better...
