Sunny Teriyaki — Restaurant in Washington

Me and my sister went here too eat for the first time the other day. We each ordered something different I got the Chicken Teriyaki and my sister ordered the Cashew Chicken meal and then we had a seat for 10 to 15 min. while they made the food. When they brought the food to the table it looked really good but they had gotten my sisters order wrong, instead of making the Cashew chicken meal they had made the Almond Chicken meal but before my sister could tell the lady who brought the food about the mistake she was already gone and back behind the counter helping some one else (It's a small place). My sister went up to the counter and told them they had gotten the order wrong but the lady at the counter said "No that is what you ordered", my sister told the lady that she was allergic to Almond's and that she would not order a meal with Almond's in it but the lady still said that she had ordered the Almond Chicken. They refused to exchange it for the right meal and they refused to give back her money so my sister took the Almond Chicken meal and placed it on the counter and then we left. I will never go back to that place ever again because of how rude that lady was to my sister. After getting home I did a review search and found out that the lady behind the counter is rude to lots of people, she seems to have this "I am right and you are wrong attitude...

Ordered take out during lunch. There’s two options: small and large size, or lunch and dinner size. The lunch is a considerable size. Previously places will have a ‘bowl’, which I was initially thinking the size I’m going to get, but I was pleasantly surprised by the lunch size. The restaurant was clean and decorated. Curious to see the size difference for the dinner to the lunch, but that’ll be another day. With the current price inflations, I wasn’t expecting the prices from previous menu photos, so I took new photos of the menu to share, which BTW aren’t over inflated, but appropriate to other restaurants.

Now, in terms of the taste, and food presentation. The lunch chicken teriyaki came with a bed of rice, chicken teriyaki, topped with teriyaki sauce. Other places would provide a small salad in a separate container, but there were steamed vegetables inside the lunch container. The vegetables anywhere are a hit or miss but these had a hint of a broth, so it had a small kick of seasoning or flavor, with a crunch of the vegetable itself. The chicken was also decent, now not the BEST, but again, I would return to order it.

I went to sunny teriyaki and got two orders i order shrimp, beef, and chicken fried rice she brought my order out and i went and got another order to go chicken teriyaki to go. As i sit and eat the food she brought out i noticed there were only two shrimp asked lady on the back counter could i get some more she said combo rice only comes with two shrimp i said ......ok maybe you should put that on your menu so people know instead of paying $10 for a plate with just two shrimp. She brought my to go plate out i notice she did not bring me a receipt so i asked for one and i asked for a box for my food she slammed the receipt and the to go box on the counter. At this point i didn't want her food anymore her attitude was to much so i walk up to the counter and ask for a refund on just the to go plate of teriyaki she refuses to give me my money back. She keep laughing at me and going to the back in the kitchen i stood there for 10min and told her i want a refund for her bad service. She again said no so i left the food on the counter and took a picture that i left my food and disputed the charge through the bank. Will never go...
