Avoid This Location!!! I went to this location today 05/20/2021 to order subs for my family. My order consisted of 2 Deluxe Steak Subs, 2 Cold Cut Combos, and 1 sweet onion chicken sub. The first thing I noticed when the employee was making the steak subs, and using the pre-measured scooper for the meat she was only filling it halfway. I asked the employee why is she only filling the scooper halfway and I’m paying extra to make these a deluxe. I was informed that Per the Owner the employees were told to give less to save on expenses. WHAT!! So I’m paying more for less that makes No since, looking at that sub it was like 1 1/2 scoops for a foot long and she was going to spread that steak meat across the bread. (Nope I gotta have my Steak) I informed the employee that I no longer wanted the subs because that’s not how there supposed to be made and I’m not going to pay extra for way less ingredients. So, as we were continuing with the rest of my order 2 more customers walked in and she asked if they wanted 2 Free Steak subs and they said YES!! So I’m like ok whatever, at least they won’t go to waste then as she was making the other subs for my order she was barely adding the other ingredients. At this point I just said No this isn’t going to work!! I’m going to another location that’s going to make my subs the way there supposed to be made. As I was leaving she offered the other 3 subs (total of 5 FREE) to the customer behind me. I know they were happy. However , I did go to another location and they made our subs the Right Way!! I just want to say to the Owners and Management of this location, SHAME ON YOU!! YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING IS TOTALLY WRONG!!! CHARGING CUSTOMERS FULL PRICE AND TELLING YOUR EMPLOYEES TO GIVE THEM LESS!! SERVE WHAT YOU ADVERTISE ON YOUR STORES MENU JUST AS IT APPEARS IN THE PICTURES OR CLOSE TO IT!! Read moreDon't waste your time here. Wasn't informed of "stuff we're out of" right now until halfway through the ordering. The sandwich "artist", we'll just use her first initial "M", says, well we do have those ingredients, they're in those boxes, ad she gestures to the recently delivered stock. Keep in mind, I'm the only patron at the moment. Apparently it would've been a real hassle and inconvenience (for her) to walk three steps past the register, to get some cheese. We wouldn't want all the customers that weren't there lining up behind me, to be delayed and put off by this diversion of talent, and exemplary customer service, to deliver the product I was paying for, with what I asked for on it...🙄🙄🙄 The sandwiches I did receive, albeit missing ingredients, were a complete disaster.
Lackluster, and lazy staff during this shift. Do not waste your time even pulling into the parking lot.

It took about 20 minutes for my turn, which is amazing, because there was only one person working, and several people ahead of me (some ordering 3+ sandwiches)!
I have no idea why they left this girl on her own during a dinner rush, but she kept completely cool and polite. She notified everyone about the wait, took everything one step at a time, and didn't panic at all. She couldn't have been more than 20!
I panicked during dinner rushed when I was working with a team at that age. Fast food is not a low-stress gig. Mega kudos to her for keeping it together and giving everyone fantastic service!!!
