Worst experience of my life as far as going out to eat goes! Waited for 15 mins before we even got a seat mind you there is 3 tables including my own in the entire place. Food was decent and that was the best part of this experience. The server wouldnt speak up after telling her maam we cant hear you several times. The appetizer came out 23ish mins after being put in. As we order the app the server realises i have no drink left in my cup. Once we order the appetizer she goes off and i sit for 23ish mins waiting on food and a refill. She brings my food then i order my normal meal. At this point several ppl have came in see the situation and left. I wish we had to. We overheard the other two tables saying they wasnt going to tip. It was a slow night how does service become this bad?! So it goes on.... We then get our food. No refill at this point so we mention it and begin to it. Few mins passes my whole table is without drinks. We just had wings... We need drinks! Then my main meal comes out a simple plain burger add grilled onions and bacon. They messed it up completely. Food came out semi undercooked. Still safe to eat but could have had a few more seconds of cook time. But we waited another 15 mins for her to come back with drinks or ask us how everything is. She didnt not once. So i had my wife go grab to go containers. We packed up and paid the bill. Which was also a hassle. We left. And no i didnt tip her one cent. First time in my life ive never tipped. I work in food i know how it is. But that was beyond what i would consider a aweful experience. And dont even get me started on how they let people inside the building to beg their customers for money. Wont ever be back and its sad cuz this is walking distance from my...

Me and my family went after church today and our waiter Noble was very lack luster. When he first came to our table he just stood there not saying anything. Finally he asked us our drink order. He offered to bring hot water so we may wipe our utensils but never bought it. I asked for coffee and water. When he came back he didn’t have my water and he walked away with my creamer. I reminded him about the hot water and my the cold. After a while he finally bought the hot water but still no cold. My mother ordered a grand slam and he didn’t bring syrup for the pancakes. Still no cold water. He walked past several times and never checked on us. When I said excuse a few times he just kept walking so I had to basically scream across the room which I didn’t want to do. When he came over I reminded him about the water. He leaves to get the water and comes back with two glasses. I had to go to the front for napkins because I was tired of looking for him. We asked for to go boxes and when he bought them we had to go to the front for our check because he never came back. If we weren’t good people we would’ve walked out for how long we waited for him. He never apologized for not being attentive and forgetting things or for me having to yell across the room just to get his attention. I don’t care what neighborhood you work in or the caliber of people that patronize your restaurant if you are not a people person then don’t apply for the jobs where you have to deal with people. We were not rude to that boy for him to totally ignore us. Then they wonder why some people don’t tip. Because what are we tipping. You didn’t go above and beyond to get any extra money beside what they are...

Expensive but perfect egg and pleasant toast. I ordered from here a bit ago, just catching up on my reviews. I got the kraft mac 'n cheese, a single soft over easy easy egg, and toast. It was $22 with a tip which is definitely expensive but that largely is due to UberEats dumb extra charges. My entire kitchen is under construction and had a health condition for the better part of a while so I've done a lot of delivery. I wanted turkey bacon (I don't eat pork), but that joint is almost $6 for four pieces lol. Um, no thanks lol that's a dumb price. But, I give props they don't upcharge for turkey bacon swap. I actually ordered it specifically for the kraft mac 'n cheese, I was craving that nostalgic dish. It did not taste like kraft haha, I think they make it ahead of time and store it in a vat then reheat it per order. It was clotted and not the creamy classic kraft mac 'n cheese I know! I wouldn't order it again. It just really was not good. The toast was two pieces and came with pats of butter and jelly. I liked the toast, Even though the mac 'n cheese would've docked the star rating, they get 4 instead of 3 because that soft over easy egg was cooked PERFECTLY. I have ordered from some nice restaurants, hipster DC places that mess up a soft over easy egg. This was perfect.
