Dicola's Pizza — Restaurant in Washington

On June 13th 2013 at 5:01 we ordered for delivery from Dicola's as we have done for 2 years now. This order was delivered on schedule but we ordered the Hawaiian pizza with hot peppers. We were disapointed to say the least. We opened up the box and found no hot peppers so we called them up right away and the lady who answered (i will not mention her name out of respect) denied we ever asked for hot peppers. This is not good customer service, you never argue or deny on a phone conversation something like that. You would not want to have that customer tell 5 other friends that order from there the BS you got on the phone from an employee there. Anyways, the manager got on the phone after a couple of very long minutes of being on hold. Of course we asked to speak to someone in charge! The lady told us she had to take another call first (so wrong in so many ways). Again terrible service. We run a small business and many of our customers use this pizza place as a source of delivery. Going forward we will not be using them unless the situation is rectified. I have serious doubts that will...

I called and ordered a 12” cauliflower, gluten free pizza. What I received was a 9” pizza. I called to speak to someone about it and was told that it’s MY fault I got a smaller pizza than expected because I should’ve told them what size I wanted (the menu only gives ONE size option for this type of pizza.) I asked for a refund and they continued to blame me, saying their menu has changed, even though they also told me that both their online menu and their print version say it’s supposed to be 12”. This was my first and last time getting food from this place, because the customer service is a joke. On top of all that, the people working there all had attitudes, storming around complaining the entire HOUR it took to make this tiny pizza. They also said the cauliflower crust comes to them premade, using that as an excuse as to why it’s not their fault the pizza was significantly smaller...

I have been eating here since they were the Pizza and Spaghetti house in the 80's. I have never had a bad meal!! I want to share tonight's experience so you can see they are more than just great food. We ordered a ham and onion pie for delivery amongst other things. They called back and said they had put extra cheese on the pie and was that ok. Never had extra cheese on a pie so we said fine, how bad could extra cheese be?!? Our order arrived and we couldn't see or taste any ham or onion on the pie because apparently extra cheese goes on top of the toppings. We called and with no argument another pie was delivered within a half hour. It was perfect and delicious. So, Dicolas is more than great food, that is phenomenal customer service!! ...
