The one-star is for our 'wonderful': "Kaitlin" or "kaitlyn" from Graham, Washington's Domino's Pizza. I ordered ordered right before 11pm, thinking that they were about to close. I ordered online: both a Meatlovers' Pizza & a pasta. The pizza was excellent but the pasta was almost non-existent...And BURNT!!!
Since, I knew that the STORE itself, had stopped taking orders for deliveries at 11pm. My only recourse was to call the next day and ask for a replacement for the Non-existent, Burnt, Pasta!!! I have been a customer of theirs (Graham, Washington Domino's Pizza) for several years now: it's always been our 'wonderful' Kaitlin/Kaitlyn That will ALWAYS BE QUICK TO TELL ME WHAT' SHE'S NEVER GOING TO DO for 'me'. She couldn't care less about the customer's experience...Or the lack thereof; she's only concerned about the next purchase!!! You can tell that by the unabashedly curt mananer in which she speaks to people; the lack of empathy over the customer's concerns is almost palpable!!!
All I wanted was a replacement for the burnt six bites of pasta that I had ordered; I could have SHOWN her pictures of it. I had even TOLD her how GREAT the PIZZA was, in contrast to the pasta???...Still, she didn't budge from her original refrain: she had flat out REFUSED to replace the pasta, because I didn't call right after the order was delivered...At 11:26pm???... I THOUGHT it was too late for me to call & reach them. She (our 'wonderful' "Kaitlin" or "Kaitlyn" had basically said that I was out-of-luck, because I DIDN'T call at 11:26pm when the pizza had arrived on my doorstep???...And 'yes' it was a NON-In-Person delivery!!!???
Then: I was first told that SHE WAS the manager; then she had admitted that she lied: she was only the ASSISTANT manager.
Then: she was RELUCTANT give me ANY information on the actual MANAGER...And said that THAT PERSON would only reiterate what SHE'D just told me: that 'I' the (Mrs. Sorry-Sapp) was basically STILL outta luck!!!
Then: she had ONLY given me OWNER'S first name: "Brian" and didn't feel "comfortable" rendering his last name.
When I asked HER 'why' I would have to go through my Credit Union in order to get a refund on a order that had REFUSED TO BE REPLACED???..She had just quibbed:
"...that's entirely up to you..."
GREAT customer service from "Kaitlin" or "Kaitlyn". Her personality and people skills alone are MORE than worthy of a ONE-STAR review!!!

Read moreThey are excellent at taking your money, not so great on delivering food you want to eat. Ordered two large pizzas and a pasta bowl. The only thing anybody would eat is the pasta... The sauce on both pizzas smells horrible and for two folks in the family (discovered the hard way) tastes worse. The smell / taste is like that of a dirty sink smell... which leads me to believe I know what happened but... the point is, trying to get someone to take action is pointless. If you order online the only recourse is through the same site and guess what, the only thing they will do is give you a free medium pizza or 20% next REGULAR MENU PRICED ORDER. Only idiots order at menu price, so that is useless and free medium pizza when I'm throwing away 40 dollars of pizza is.. bad. Fair warning, if you click the option 'neither of these options work for me' (or whatever the verbiage was) it cancels your complaint. LOL I recently had a bad experience at another local pizza place so thought to give these folks a go... should have heeded the reviews. They are absolutely not going to deliver you value. Stay away until they clean up their act (and stop using pizza crusts to do it) The driver was cool though... so there was that.
P.S. I would not have flamed them here if they would just provide a way to get a refund. They can have the damn pizza back....
Read moreMy room mate and I have been ordering delivery from this store for about 8 years. Within the past few months I was trying to order via the mobile app for online coupons and more convenience but was told that delivery is not available in my area. This is not true - the store has delivered here for almost a decade, and I have respectfully treated them with roughly $200/mo in sales and a $5-$7 tip for the driver every time.
This did not become an issue until I called-in an order for 3 pizzas in December that, upon delivery 2 hours later, were incorrectly prepared (wrong crust, missing several toppings, etc.) and was credited after I called to notify them. Yet, when I redeemed my credit a few days later I was 'greeted' by the driver saying "my manager wanted me to let you know that we decreased our delivery area but you're welcome to place carry-out orders in the future." - I have spoken with Corporate customer service twice since and was told that I'm within the delivery zone and that they would notify the online team.
I've worked in the customer service industry for about 8 years of my life. I'm always nice to the people who take my order and the drivers that deliver it. This store just lost a loyal customer due to poor local...
