Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Washington

I've spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars at this restaurant, but after today I'll spend no more. Between very poor food and even worse customer service, it's not worth the money.

I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery: 1 large and 1 medium. The pizzas arrived and what a mess. The large pizza had maybe one small handful of cheese over the entire pizza - less cheese than you'd see on a personal pan pizza. It was a very sad sight, especially for someone who likes the normal amount of cheese on their pizza.

I called the restaurant immediately and spoke to an employee. When I explained the situation, they put me on hold. She came back on the line and said the pizza was made correctly -according to the person who made the pizza. I explained, once again, there was NO cheese on my cheese pizza. I was put back on hold. She came back and said the pizza was made correctly, but they'll give me a 10 dollar credit.

I explain that doesn't even cover the cost of the pizza. I said they were welcome to come back for the pizza and replace it and bring me a pizza with actual cheese on it. I was put on hold again. She came back again and said no. I can take the 10 dollar credit or I can drive to the store and return it.

I'm sorry, but if I'm paying an 8 dollar delivery fee, I expect that to cover mistakes the store makes! Using the $10 credit would have ended up costing me even more money. Ten dollars to almost cover the cost of the pizza, then another 8-9 dollars for delivery and fee.

From now on, I'll pay a few extra bucks and order...

I have ordered from this location several times now. This location is giving the Domino's Pizza brand a bad name. I am a life long customer ordering Domino's from my time in the US Navy, College, and truck driving. Being orginally from the South Burbs of Chicago until my 30's, I know what pizza is suppose to taste like. This location has fell way below that standard. It was reminiscent a bad, cheap, cardboard station gas pizza. my recommendation is, they cease and desist in serving the public. Get a contract with the government to serve it the women locked away in Purdy's Correctional Center to save this business. They could complain but it won't do any good. They couldn't write horrible truthful reviews like this one. I will be ordering from Seabeck's Pizza across the street for now on without any worries/concerns...

I ordered delivery. I called twice as no one had come. I was sitting 20 feet from the door, as was a friend. He left as it took too long. After an hour and a half, I was informed that she had dumped my order at the door after knocking. Nobody in the entire house hold heard a knock. So disgusted at the lack of professionalism. I was not overly rude nor swearing, yet I got hung up on. Why would anybody think this is acceptable. I will file a formal complaint with corporate in the morning. I ended up with cold food that I had to chase the raccoons from. Such rudeness is never necessary. I would have tipped well. I'm not sure I should have even paid for a pizza that the raccoons got to first. BTW, I also have a doorbell which could...
