Scooters Pub on 94th — Restaurant in Washington

I Order 3 orders of BLTs and one Texas Burger meal Togo and the Blt was all Bread an lettuce the Bread was not toasted and tasted hard the bacon looked like it was pre cooked hrs ago and not even re warmed up at all we had 2 slices of bacon on each sandwich the sandwich was not cut which probably to hide the non existing bacon inside the Fries were warm but tasted like they were pulled earlier very white and gritty in the middle the Texas burger was the only decent thing but we had to put our own BBQ sauce on it we order it with onion rings and it came with 6 small rings never getting food from there again never in my life have I had such a simple sandwich ruined the way this was cook is very lazy for who ever was cooking and it was not busy dead....only reason we ate is because the kids and I were running from work to soccer didn't get home until almost 7 so we order food...

Just walking through the front door puts a big smile on my face. The 2023 change of ownership did not change the usual excellent atmosphere, service, and food. We’ve come here for only 3 years now (bet that is far less than the average customer), and food has been very good every time, actually recommend everything on the menu. And always a pleasant experience. The clientele is a good mix of people looking for a nice time out. Great staff. Looks like the counters / bottles / taps behind the bar were prettied up a bit with the change of ownership, but thank goodness no fancy shamancy changes. Maybe they will change the name to Scooters Pub (??), whatever, just don’t change the staff, food, etc. as this place is just right. Hope they keep their past Valentine’s Day offering, it’s a...

Added note: the new owners have reopen on Mondays and Tuesdays also. It is now open 7 days a week.

Monday is burger and a beer for 8 dollars day. Good deal.

Surprise discovery for me. Been by many times but never thought to stop. Really nice place. How friendly everyone was is the first thing I noticed. The owner, Richie, took our orders and came back to talk a bit. Richie sold the restaurant and the new owners have taken over. So far it is still good. My prime rib melt was delicious and very reasonable. Thursday special. 12 dollars for the sandwich,jo-Jo’s and a beer. Clean. Good service. I will be back.
