I really like Seabeck pizza, I've gone several times in the past few years and never really had any complaints. My current rating is based on the state of things I saw last night.
I walked in on a Sunday to grab a to-go order and the restaurant was slammed. Their printer was down also so some orders were apparently lost. One new person was working the register who clearly didn't know what they were doing yet (apparently they had just started) and another two people were tossing pizzas together as fast as they could. Everyone was polite but obviously overwhelmed.
My biggest complaint is that no one was wearing gloves when putting the pizzas together, and I didn't see one employee wearing a mask correctly.
I will say I've worked in fast food and I know it's kind of a thankless job. I can see why folks are quitting these customer service jobs, but based on the state of things last night these workers are probably not making enough money and I...

Really great pizza and they seem to use fresh chunks of tomato on their spaghetti and meatballs which is also good. We usually call in an order as the place is fine but not really restaurant atmosphere. For call in orders it’s a good idea to call a second time to double check how much more time is left for your pizza to be ready before leaving to pick up…as depending on who takes your order we’ve had a few occasions where they underestimated ready times and and waited there for pickup from 20 minutes to 30 minutes after arriving. To me, there is nothing outstanding or memorable here, Chicago deep dish aficionados would understandably scoff at the “deep dish” here as it is not Chicago style deep dish i.e. not piled deep with toppings and it looked like it was not baked in a truly deep dish.
