Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Washington

I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION. Absolutely DISGUSTED by the lack of professionalism from not only staff but managers tonight as well. I was inside their location watching and listening to ALL of this taking place. I entered the store to pick up my two pizzas. Upon entering a pizza fell on the floor coming out of the oven (it was one of mine.) The guy handling the pizza then tells his manager that they can "salvage it". Manager then proceeds to stand there debating for the next 15 seconds, then says "no." When I told them I was there for pick up, she grabbed one pizza and then informs me, after at this moment realizing that another pizza was still needed. Begins to restart making my second pizza. Then approached the register to inform me that they dropped one of my pizzas. When I asked for the managers in charge, she pointed to herself and another female claiming to be the managers. I then asked if the pizza that was dropped was the same one that her employee was trying to "salvage?" She rolled her eyes and said he was joking. No hun, this is no joking matter. The fact that you stood there and had to think about whether you were going to hand it to me or not, WASN'T A JOKE! It also tells me that this performance is a regular habit for you and your team. Absolutely Inexcusable. I hope all involved in this situation are properly reprimanded. I will never return here and others should be cautioned to avoid. I wish I could give them...

I have never given a one star rating in my life.

I am a life long Domino’s customer. Never had an issue in all 30yrs of my life. However this location is THE WORSE Domino’s I have NEVER been to. Please DO NOT go here. I have heard other bad stories from other people as well.

It is not just a “one off”. The way this place is “Franchised” is sooooo bad. Quality is not in their vocabulary. The people are nice there but the food is TRASH.

Please go to ANOTHER Domino’s if you are craving their Pizza.

We ordered the Pan Baked with extra sauce and cheese….. do you see that the whole pizza didn’t get sauce? It takes two seconds to use the laddle and smooth out the sauce… also where was the extra cheese/sauce? We didn’t order baked cheese on bread (which sounds a lot better than what we got), more like dry bread and dry cheese. Even then cheesy bread does not look like THAT. Only half of each pizza was edible….. so DISAPPOINTING. Never coming to this location ever again. Also, cutting a pizza and making the slices even sized is not that hard to do. I am so confused how this was missed…

We will continue to go to the location that is East of Silver Lake, Everett. Never again will we stray...

Im only giving this place the second star here because my food did eventually arive. It took them about 40 minutes to get my order in the oven. It was about an hour from ordering to being out for delivery. Being hungry I was watching the app closely for where the driver was so I would be able to be at the door for them. I get a notification saying he has arrived so I go outside... where there is no driver. I stand outside on the phone with this location trying to get through the stupid corporate messag machine, and a few minutes into talking to a person a car pulls up. A guy with a blank expression gets out, pulls out my order, locks eyes with me, gives a small nod, approaches me, hands me the food and walks away. A "Im sorry it took so long, have a nice day" would have been nice but I wasnt expecting it. I was expecting at the very least a "hi" or "here's your pizza", not a silent, blank expression. It was very off putting. The pizza and two orders of bread already had grease bleeding through them from how long it took. Easily my worst dominos experience, I will never be using this...
