[ I was one of the diners here who visited after a week they opened. Since then I am visiting them every week. I first posted this review in “Seattle Halal Foodies” Facebook group. Sharing it again for the people on google]
A Long-Awaited Kabab Paradise in Lynnwood/Bothell/Mill Creek!
I had been anxiously awaiting the day when a fantastic kabab spot would finally grace Lynnwood, and my patience has been handsomely rewarded! Recently, a new gem has emerged in our neighborhood, offering an unforgettable culinary experience that sets the bar high for kabab aficionados like me.
Halal-Status: Before I forget to mention, all the meat used here is hand slaughtered. Yay!
Food Selection: The menu showcased a tantalizing array of kabab delights, Persian, Greek and Lebanese, leaving me in a state of indecisiveness as I was tempted by each option. Ultimately, I settled for an assortment of dishes, including the Lamb Chops, Beef Ground Koubideh
Kabab, and Chicken Joozeh Kabab.
Taste: With a harmonious blend of aromatic spices and herbs, the amazing Lamb Chops were nothing short of extraordinary –juicy, and bursting with flavor. The tenderness of these lamb chops is unrivaled.
The beef ground Koobideh kabab was a revelation on its own, perfectly seasoned and grilled to perfection. Whether it's the earthy notes of cumin, the warmth of sumac, or the delicate touch of saffron, each spice complements the other to perfection, bringing out the best in the meat.
The chicken chunks in the chicken kabab is incredibly tender and bursting with flavor from the saffron and lemon marinade, creating sweet and tangy notes, perfectly complementing the natural juiciness of the chicken.
Accompanying the kababs were generous portions of saffron rice, which were impeccably fluffy and fragrant. The delicate saffron strands infused the rice with a mesmerizing golden hue and a mild, floral essence that perfectly complemented the savory kababs.
As if the kababs and saffron rice weren't enough to make my taste buds dance with joy, the inclusion of generous amount fresh Greek salad made with lettuce, tomato, olives and fetta cheese added a refreshing and healthy twist to the meal.
Ambience and Customer Service: The simple and cozy decoration not only complemented the restaurant's culinary offerings but also added to the overall enjoyment of the dining experience.
What truly made the customer service exceptional was meeting the owner, who turned out to be the nicest guy you could ever hope to encounter. He exuded passion and pride for his restaurant, and his dedication to providing the best possible experience for his customers was evident in every interaction. Don’t miss the chance of having a brief chat with him, it will certainly elevate your dining experience.
Last not the least, the prices are very reasonable compared to Seattle standard!

I revisited Kabob Corner in Lynnwood, WA, with my family for lunch, and the experience was absolutely delightful. We ordered a variety of dishes, including the lamb rack, falafel, chicken soup, lamb and chicken kebab platter, baklava, and ice cream. Every item was delicious, showcasing the restaurant's commitment to quality and flavor.
The lamb rack was tender and perfectly seasoned, making it a standout dish. The falafel was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, served with a tasty tahini sauce. The chicken soup was comforting and full of flavor, ideal for a light starter. The lamb and chicken kebab platter was a highlight, with succulent, well-marinated meat served alongside fluffy rice and fresh salad.
To end the meal on a sweet note, we indulged in baklava and ice cream. The baklava was rich and sweet, with a perfect balance of honey and nuts. However, the star of the show was the pistachio rose ice cream. Its creamy texture and unique flavor made it a decadent treat that we all enjoyed.
The service at Kabob Corner was excellent, with attentive and friendly staff making sure we had everything we needed. The variety of dishes ensured that there was something for everyone to enjoy. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience, and Kabob Corner has easily become one of my favorite restaurants. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy delicious Middle Eastern cuisine!
‐---------------------------------------------------------- I recently dined at Kabob Corner in Lynnwood, WA, and it was an exceptional experience. Both the leg of lamb and rack of lamb were absolutely delicious, bursting with flavor, and incredibly tender. The accompanying rice and tzatziki were equally delightful, complementing the lamb perfectly.
While the portion size was generous, I felt that slightly less rice would make it more balanced. However, the quality and taste more than made up for it. Additionally, the prices are reasonable, making it a great value for such high-quality food.
Overall, Kabob Corner offers a fantastic dining experience with flavorful dishes and excellent service. Highly...

Both locations are nice, clean with a nice atmosphere. The wait staff is super nice and friendly, and although not Persian, they have learned the menu and meals offered.
The service was a little confusing... you go in, and get seated, a server takes your order and brings your food (so you would think full-service dining). However, they do not bring you water, instead they point you to a self-service jug and cups. Additionally, when you order appetizers that are obviously going to be shared, neither place brought out little plates. At the end, if you have leftovers, they do not box it up for you, instead, there are a stack of to go containers by the water station. Also, they do not bring you your bill, instead, they ask you to go to the counter to pay. So now the dilemma... how do I tip? At a full-service restaurant, I would likely tip 15 to 20%. However, here, although the servers were very nice, I also had to do a lot of what I would normally be tipping for?
Food was decent, although there is room for improvement. Chicken kabob was good, but could have been a little juicier (maybe a min less on the grill). Koobideh kabob was a little dry... maybe a they could use a higher fat content ground beef and or a little less time on the grill. Grilled tomatoes had a great char on the outside, but were not as well cooked (still a little hard on the inside). Ideally you want these to be super soft so they can be mashed up into the rice.
Overall food is good, and as they tweak their menu and processes, I am sure it will only get better. A few items I would like to see added to the menu is Shirazi salad (staple Persian salad), Tadig (staple Persian appetizer) and maybe rotation of...
